CHAPTER 3
Lacy's POV We all sang along with the song and danced around the living room. The song ended, and we all were on te floor laughing hysterically with eachother. We finally all stopped laughing and just layers there staring at the ceiling. Everyone was quiet till Carter stood up off the ground in a hurry. "Crap! I'm going to be late for work." Before carter left, I decided to ask if Rayleigh and I could stay at her house. " hey carter!" I shouted. She turned around and met my eyes. "Can Rayleigh and I stay here till you get home?" I was really hoping she would say yes because I honestly isn't want to go home and be alone. "There's food in the kitchen. Don't burn down my house. If you end up leaving, please lock up!" She tossed me the house key and began, once again, walking out the door. "Thanks love! Rayleigh shouted to Carter from beside me. Carter closed the door and u saw her, through the window, get into her car and leave. I stood up and walked towards the kitchen. "I'll be in the kitchen, invading." I said looking towards Rayleigh. She nodded and turned towards the radio, turning it up🎶"Yo! My best friend best friend till te very end. Cause best friends best friends don't have to pretend."🎶 I freaked out in the kitchen when I started hearing the lyrics. This was carter, Rayleigh and my theme song. I ran back into the living room to go dance and sing with Rayleigh, but when I saw her she didn't look exited. I walked towards her to see what was wrong. She just stood there, in shock, daring at her phone. "Earth to Rayleigh. Do you copy?" I said wavin my hand In between her face an phone. "Ahhhhh!" Rayleigh screamed right in my face"Rayleigh!? What the heck was that for? First, you zone out and decide to not respond to anyone. Then you decide to scream in my face and scare the crap out of me." She looked away from her phone. Her face was trying to hold back excitement, but didn't succeed. She didn't say a single word. All she was able to do was shove her phone in my face to allow me to see what she was freaking out about... *~* end of chapter *~*
