It was the beginning of a new week, and everyone was heading to school. The only thing The Gang was talking about was the pool party.
Their day went on as usual, when suddenly Gianna felt a tap on her shoulder.
Lo and behold, it was Markus.
"Hey Gi, so I wanted to go to this new skate park that opened last week, but Brad can't make it since he's grounded. So I was wondering if you'd like to come?"
He spat out all at once, not giving her a moment to speak.
Obviously she was gonna go.
"Y-yeah, I think I can make it, when are we going?"
"Today. After school."
It was already 5th period, and they were going home soon — She wasn't sure her parents would let her on such short notice.
"I'll get back to you in a minute or two!" Gianna ran off, already on a call with her dad.
"Yeah, im allowed to come! But you'll need to come with me to meet up with my dad, he's dropping off my skateboard."
"Alright, sounds good."
They smiled at each other before Gianna quickly went to tell Mel and Cas what just happened. Coincidentally, Markus was telling Bradley how it went.
"So basically you FINALLY asked her out?" Questioned Brad.
"No..? It's just two friends going to a skatepark. What's so romantic about that?" Mark snapped back.
"What's romantic is the fact you both have raging feelings for each other." Brad mumbled, just loudly enough for Mark to hear him and take the hint.
"Ooh, Markus is going on a date?!" Their classmate yelled, heads turning toward him.
"SHUT UP, OSCAR!" Brad and Markus shouted in unison.
