I heard my alarm go off but ignored it. I had a long day today and I don't wanna start it right now. But then I thought maybe I can get something for Espio.

I mean he already has a broken arm so might as well find a way to make his day a little better.

I got up put my gloves and shoes on. I fixed my quills and walked out the door. I went over to the cafe and seen Blaze.

"Oh hi Blaze.." I waved.

She doesn't even work today why is she here?

"Hi Silver, sorry to disappoint you but I'm filling in for Wave, her, Jet and Storm had a mission they needed to do."

"Oh no no I don't care if you work or not."

"Hm yea, well the usual?" She asked walked over to the side.

"Yea and can I also get a green tea? It's for Espio."

"I figured, your meeting up with him today?" She laughed.

"Hmh yea, I wanna..well I'm hoping.." I trailed off and rubbed my face.

"Your nervous,what's wrong?"

"Nothing nothing." I shrugged.

She turned the coffee maker on and walked back to me.

"What are you going to do?" She asked looking at me.

I was hoping she wouldn't worry about me but she always finds a way to get something out of me.

"Is it to soon for me to..ask him out?" I mumbled.

I seen her ears perk up and she smiled.

"Aw, no of course not. Don't be nervous about it."

"Well I mean we kinda broke up the other day and you know?"

"Yea I get that but look at it this way-" she grabbed my coffee and started adding whipped cream on top it. "- you both really like each other and you asking him out would not only make his day but also won't make him feel alone in the situation, meaning that he knows that you actually like him." She added.

She handed my my coffee and started on Espio's tea.

I nodded in agreement, "yea I guess your right, thank you Blaze."

"Hm no problem Silver." She finished his tea and put it in front of me.

"Thanks, well how much is it?"

"I got it, see you later." She waved.

"Oh are you sure?" I asked grabbing my card.

"Yea yea go on."

I nodded and went out the door.

I flew over to Espio's and seen Vector sitting outside.

"Morning Vector!" I smiled.

"For Espio?" He asked looking at cup.

"Yea, thought I'd get him something, is he awake?"

"Hmh yea he's in the woods as usual."

"Oh ok thanks!"

I walked through the trail to the stop that Espio usually meditates in.

"Espio?"

He was sitting on the hill looking at the sun.
Then he tuned towards me.

"Hi Silver."

"Hey! So I got you a green tea I know you like them alot." I said giving it to him.

I looked at his cast and let out a small sigh.  "I'm sorry I wasn't there for ya when that bomb went off. I mean yeah I was there but I could have saved you and I didn't which I'm sorry for that."

"What? No no no silver you didn't do anything wrong you helped me from what I remember you literally had me in your arms, and I'm glad you found me when I was still conscious, but also thank you for the tea." He smiled.

I love when he smiles.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Yea?" He turned to me taking a sip of his tea.

I set my coffee down and took a deep breath.

"Will you..uh go out with me?" I asked.

He looked at me with complete shock and a red face which made my face turn even more red.

"I uh" Espio turned away for a second and put his tea down.

He looked back at me made a little smile.

Is this a yes smile or a your funny smile?

"Sorry?" I said getting ready to get up.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me back down a little.

"I want to be with you, I just didn't expect you to ask me." He said.

"Oh, hm well.." I trailed off my sentence.

We sat there for a little bit not saying a word.

"I really wish I didn't break my arm." He laughed.

"Heh why so?"

"One I could do a lot more and two so I can at least wrap my arms around you ." He trailed off.

"Well I can do that." I laughed.

I pulled him in for a hug and felt his hand slowly go down to my waist.

I pulled away a little and before I could really focus on what just happened, he had his lips on mine.

Holy shit he's kissing me?!

I smiled kissing him back holding him tight enough not to hurt him.

I felt so comfortable with him, and relaxed  as if everything that happened just disappeared.

I put a hand on his face and he held me tighter.

After a bit he pulled away and I put my head on his shoulder.

"So is that an official yes?" I asked.

He put his head on my shoulder and sighed.

"Yes." He said softly.

I can't believe he asked me out, I wasn't expecting that especially a day or something after him a Blaze broke up but I'm not complaining.

I love him more than he can ever think.
