It was dark outside now and the only light in my bedroom was the illuminated screen from Harry's phone. Liam was back home with his Mom after my dad told him to leave not long after Harry had managed to get me out of my fetal position in the bathroom. I didn't know what I was going to do while I had locker myself in the bathroom, but I didn't want to see anyone or talk to anyone for a long time.

We see how that worked out.

"Its getting late, you should go home, Harry." I yawned, fixating my arms around his neck and closing my eyes. "I mean, yeah. You should get home. We have class tomorrow."

"Its not that late," He scoffed.

I looked at the clock on his phone. "Its 3 AM."

"Yeah," He held out in a whisper. "But we're not going to school tomorrow."

"But its, I don't even know what day it is. All I know is, is that I'm really tired, I sound drunk, and tomorrow or today or whatever time it is, we have school." I basically slurred from my exhausted state. "Do I sound drunk to you, Harry?"

"Quite drunk actually," He chuckled. "You need to sleep though, babe, I'm taking you for the day tomorrow. I mean, you're all caught up on what you missed when we were at my place, right?"

I completely, and utterly think I was too tired to protest skipping the entire school day, but, I wasn't drunk so I knew what I was doing. Plus, I could probably get Decker to call in and say that I was sick so the school wouldn't call my dad and tell him I wasn't in classes. That wasn't what I needed at the moment.

"Yeah. Do you care about my grades, or something?"

"I just don't want you to fail because of me, and you've told me that school's important to you because you want to be an author." I smiled, reaching up and playing with the loose strands of  brown hair that had fallen in front of his jade colored eyes. "So how about I leave, you sleep and be ready by eleven. No tests tomorrow?"

"Yeah, I do. A Bio exam." I answered quietly. "But we can go Thursday, three days from now."

"That's my girl," He leaned down and pressed a kiss to the top of my head before ushering me off of is lap and laying me down on the bed. "I'll see you in a few hours in class, go to sleep, baby."

"Yes sir." I mock saluted.

"My God you're too cute when you're tired." He muttered under his breath though I don't think I was meant to hear it.

"You're cute too, Harry."

I don't know if it was the street lights from outside or the fogginess of exhaustion that clouded my mind, but I swore I saw a red heat brush over his tanned cheeks as he slipped out the window.

The next few days passed by a lot quicker than I had thought and I had managed to avoid my dad while I was locked up in my room, coming down to get food and anything to drink when I wished. But no matter how fast it passed, Thursday was here and I was begging Decker to call the school and tell them that I wasn't coming today. I didn't need anymore shit with my dad. Or whatever it was nagging at the back of my mind these passed few days.
