Currently, everyone was standing on a platform that's in the in the middle of stream of Magma, due to Hajime.
Nhazul: ...-_-... Great, now we're here...
Hajime: We collected the Stillstone, but I lost my cool because of the heat... This was completely my mistake... I didn't think we get caught in a magma stream...
Shea: W-Well, maybe there's a shortcut. Let's stay positive...!
Suddenly, the platform they were on, got ready to fall down a magma fall.
Nhazul: Yeah, definitely not a shortcut...
Hajime: Don't drop us all down like that!
Shea proceeded to use Gravity magic and Tio used her Wind magic to slow their fall.
Hajime's thoughts: The speed is somehow inconsistent with the viscosity of the magma, but...we're somehow able to control it with their magic...
Suddenly, everyone would hear what sounded like screeching. Upon looking up, they would see a massive swarm of flaming bats.
Nhazul: Little shits...!
Yue: Hajime, big brother, leave it to me.
Hajime: Got it.
Nhazul: Shea, Tio, keep controlling the platform.
Shea: Alright!
Tio: Sure.
Nhazul: Tusk!
Suddenly, Tusk emerged from Nhazul's shadow, along with Hajime summoning his missile launcher , as the two of them, alongside Yue began taking out the flaming bats. After wiping them out, the magma began flowing upwards towards the exit.
Shea: Huh?! We started climbing up, even though we were falling?!
Hajime: It's the exit! Brace yourself!
The five of them then shot up, through, Tio slowed their descent with Wind magic.
Hajime: This really does feel like a cauldron of Hell...
Nhazul looked and noticed a large platform with a magma dome on it.
Nhazul: A magma dome?
Yue: What if that's the hidden home of the Maverick?
Nhazul: That's the safest bet seeing how deep within it is. But if that's the case...
Tio: The final guardian should be here... Right, Master?
Shea: But, but we were taking shortcuts. Things are going too well, aren't they?
Nhazul and Hajime: ...-_-...
Without warning, multiple magma tendrils shot out from the magma.
Hajime: Shit, this isn't good...!
Nhazul: We need to jump to the cliffs!
Shea: Nhazul, I don't have the confidence to jump!
Nhazul: You should be fine. You can use [Aerodynamics] with those Artifact Reinforced Boots I had Hajime modify.
Shea looked at her boots surprised.
Shea: Whoa! Thank you so much! Wait!!! If you really had that, you should've given it to me from the beginning, jeeeeeeezzzzzz!!!!
Nhazul: Sorry, honestly forgot...!
Tio: Let's talk later. The next one's coming!
The five jumped up, they would begin to defend themselves against the magma tendrils.
