A Miraculous Help from the Future by Summer Cheng

Chapter 5

  The heroes return to their time and sigh. Everything looks the same almost as if they had never left. They had no idea that the time here was slower than it was in the future.

    Rascal Racoon, Ladycat, Ladybug, Chat Noir, and  Ladyplatpus sighed.

  " Why did  Kid Zebra, get to stay in the same time we left?" One of them asked.

      "Guys, it is because she belongs there. It was in the past,"  LB said.

    "I suppose that makes sense,"  The others agreed.

 They all ran off in different directions to detransform.

    Lavine fed her kwami while her friends were busy feeding their kwami too. She often wondered who Chat Noir was, but she knew it was against some rule for her to know. 

   "Well, maybe it is just as well, so Hawkmoth will not go after our families," She said.

 Flagg looked over at Hugo. He was glad the master gave him another chance to help the lad.  His twin brother Plagg was busy with some other holder. The other friends of his were busy with theirs too.

 Madison wondered why she was chosen as a holder. She felt she had little in common with the others. She was rich. She was the daughter of Chole Bougerious and Nathaniel Kurtzberg after they had been married for a couple of years. She sighed. She liked Hank but knew he liked someone else. It figures she would be alone in love.

 ...In the past, Queen Bee, and Kid Zebra returned home. They had both given their kwami a break for a bit.  Carapace was home, and talking to Wayzz.  "You know it has been harder on me since Alya's death than I ever imagined, " He told  Wayzz.  "I am so sorry, bro," Wayzz said as he offered him a Kleenex. He gave Nino a quick hug.

  The others in the past saw the portal close when the future heroes left, but thought it was their imagination.  What else could it be?   

      "Whoa, Adrien did you see that?" Marinette asks.

    "See what, my wife?" Adrien asks.

 "That shinny light, and the funny hole as it closed behind them," Marinette answers.

   "Oh, yes, my dear, it took the future well, back to the future," Adrien says.

     Time skip!

Many years went by until Chole and her artist husband, Nathaniel found out she was expecting a a baby girl.  Chole knew just what she wanted to name her too. There was no doubt in her mind.

  "Madison, let's name her, Madison," Chole says.

      "Madison sounds like a great name," Nathaniel agrees.

       Sarah smile. She could not agree more with the name of her baby sister. "Mom, and Dad, thanks again for adopting me.  I love my sister, Madison, already." Sarah remarks.

   "Good we love her too, and we love you as well, Sarah," Chole tells her.

  "Your mother is right, we love both our daughters," Nathaniel says.

Over time the people of Paris soon forgot about the strange visitors to Paris, France.  All except for Chole and Nino. Sometimes they thought about them and wondered, What had become of them?

One day, a mysterious portal opened up again. Chole, Sarah, Nino, and the others knew this could only mean one thing, something was going down and the portal might be the key to fix it.

Could the portal be the answer to the current troubles?  Well, that might be the answer to another story, perhaps.
