ingredients:450g salmon fillet (cubed)
4 potatoes (cubed)
1 onion (chopped)
2 carrots (sliced)
2 cups fish or vegetable broth
2 cups water
1 cup heavy cream
fresh dill (chopped)
butter for sautéing
salt and pepper

instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté chopped onions in butter until soft. Add cubed potatoes, sliced carrots, fish or vegetable broth, and water. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
2. Stir in cubed salmon and cook until it turns opaque. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh dill.
