Moon's POV:

Sun's out of the ordinary questions are honestly pretty cute. BUT cute like a puppy! Or a little kid, not in the... other way.

I just followed behind the smaller yellow bot until we got to a pale yellow door with a large painted rainbow slanted across it like a waterfall. Lots of stickers of all sorts covered the door, and the words "Art Room" spelled out in wonky, uneven golden letters.

Sun paused as he reached towards the door knob.

"So, uh, Moonie... wanna go in?" Sun asked me.

"Of course, you wanted to show me this so badly so we might as well go in," I said, "Why wouldn't we?"

Sun didn't respond, just turned the golden doorknob and walked in.

The walls of the room were a pale baby blue with a few paint stains. Two white windows sat on the opposite wall of the door, allowing a bright light to flood in. The floor was some sort of wood, and it was covered with a soft, paint covered carpet. Small kiddy tables were placed around the room, along with chairs of all colors to go with it. On each table was a set of paper, glue, paint, paintbrushes, or scissors. Many tables were messy and splattered with wet paint. On the left side of the room, where there was no tables, were a few pain easels with clean or dirty canvases. Kids ran around the room, crafting, painting, and drawing. Sun's face lit up. (Duh he's the sun)

"WOAH!! This place is- its just-.. wow..." Sun acted as if he just found the thing he spent his life  searching for. I chuckled. He really is cute.

A woman with bright ginger hair and purple overalls on top of a banana yellow sweater walked over to us. We didn't notice her until she spoke.

"Why hello there you two! Are you looking to create something fun and bright? Or something dull and cool? Anything you want to make, you can make it here! As long as it's not rude or insulting OR inappropriate in anyway!" She said, quite fast. Sun turned around, startled.

"U-uh," Sun paused, looking slightly down at the human in front him. "Do you mind if me and Moonie here do some finger painting? It would be really fun!"

The human smiled and was about to respond until she saw me. She looked a bit frightened. I don't understand why.

'W-well, why don't we head over to the painting area?", the human said, gently nudging us towards some easels far away from her, "I'll get your things in just a minute!" Before me and Sunny could even react, she dashed away into some room behind a desk.

Me and Sun looked at eachother and blinked.

"Well, let's get started, shall we?" Sun said, dipping his fingers in different shades of blues, oranges and reds. I smiled.

"Yes, we shall."

I couldn't help but notice that during the time me and Sun spent finger painting, the woman who seemed frightened by me kept glancing over at me and Sun. But, even weirder, everytime I caught her looking at us, her eyes would widen in fear and then she'd quickly look away and scurry away elsewhere.

Soon enough, after just a few hours, Sun and I finished. Our piece was just a big painting full of colors used for sunsets and beaches splotched around to make some sort of swirly, abstract art. Sun seemed very proud of it, so I was too.

As we washed the paint off our hands (Don't worry, their water proof 👍) the woman who kept glancing at us the whole time with bright ginger hair walked up to Sun.

"I hope you enjoyed creating your bright and vibrant piece of art with your... buddy, over there." Her face dropped when she said that last part. I still don't understand what is so off putting about me. It almost makes me feel sad. No, it does make me feel sad. "Come back again!" She then shoved me out the door and slammed it behind me after Sun walked out on his own.

"Well, she's not the nicest," Sun smiled awkwardly. "But I'm sure she wasn't trying to be mean!" Sun placed my hand in the palm of his hand, and cupped it with the other.

"I know you're just trying to make me feel better, Sunny," I stated, looking down at Sun, who looked down and became sad. "But, just you being here does seem to help." Sun looked back up at me. He smiled again.

"So, do you wanna go try some real food?" Sun asked, getting his excitement back.

"We can do that?" I wondered.

"Of course! After all, it makes us more human-like!" Sun grabbed my arm, and soon enough we were moving around workers in the area around us as Sun dragged me to wherever he wanted to go next.

I've been a little busy, so this part is shorter and came out later. And it doesn't make too much sense since I rushed it, and I'm pretty sure there is some bad grammar my eyes were not able to find 🔎. Sorry about that. Also, yet again, I am starting a new book, but my main focus will be on this! Again, any suggestions someone has you may put here regarding what I said in "Suggestions". :D👍
