First impressions

You just woke up, and started doing your usual morning routine. You got a new Job offer at the Mushroom Kingdom in some kind of castle, as a Janitor. Money is really tight, and you have no other choice than to work there, so you accepted it. After you finally arrived at the castle, you knocked a few times, until a guy with blue and white clothes finally opened the door.

Y/n: Heyy, uhhh.... is this the mushroom kingdom castle?

???: Oh, yeah, you must be the new Janitor peach has told me about. Just follow me i will show you were your supplies are.

You then started following him. As you were following him you were thinking how big the castle is and probably how much your gonna have to clean. But your thoughts were interrupted by a Italian looking man who was on the floor, naked, next to a plate. The guy you were following noticed you were disturbed by him.

???:Ohh, just ignore him, he's a little... "special"

You nodded and you both continued to walk. You both arrived at a closet with cleaning supplies in it.

???: Here you go, you can start cleaning the entrance, oh, and if you need anything, ill be in the kitchen. Its down the hall.

Y/n: Yea, thanks...-

Smg4: Smg4, but you can call me glitchy.

Y/n: Aight bro.

You took the broom and started sweeping the floor. You already hated this job. Your mind was filling up with thoughts like "i probably look so stupid rn" and "I wish i could work somewhere else.". Your life was pretty shitty the past years. You were selling drugs because you needed money, and you was low-key enjoying it. You made a lot of close friends along the way. You really liked that lifestyle, you had everything. Friends, Money, Girls, you thought you had everything in life, until you were caught by the police. You served a whole year in jail and when you got out, you lost everything. You were heartbroken. You knew you had to change, so you did. You stopped doing stupid things, and you wanted to go to the right path. You started to hoop, and work out more. You started praying to god every night. You really want to change, but you really miss the times you were happy with your friends back then, but you made god a promise to stay at the right path. You didn't want anybody to know, how you were back then, because you're scared people will see you as a thug. So there you were, sweeping the floor in some crazy-ass castle.

You noticed, the crazy fat Italian guy from before was staring at you across the room. He came over to you.

???: Have you seen-a Mario's spaghetti?

Y/n: Uhh.... no?

You looked at him confused. (What the fuck is this guy talking about?)

???: I've never seen you here before, are you some kind of new toad?

Y/n: *sigh* No, I'm the new janitor.

You gave him a fake smile, because Smg4 said that he was "special" and you felt guilty

???: Ohh, your life must be pretty shitty. I'm Mario by the way :D.

Y/n: *sarcastically* Thanks.... I'm Y/n.

Mario then proceeds to crawl back where he came from. Eventually, you were done, and went into Kitchen. Glitchy wasn't there of course. You then proceed to go upstairs. You was scrolling trough your phone, searching if you maybe have smg4's number. Suddenly you bumped into someone and fell to the ground.

Y/n: Dawg, watch where you walk-

You noticed it was a girl, with orange hair and a beanie. She was kinda bad tho. You then calmed down and stood up. You helped her back up.
