38 - REUNITE?

Soon everyone scattered around the mansion to make special dinner and make Y/n cheer up

And here Y/n nd eunwoo were sitting alone in the theatre room of the mansion, with an awkward silence between them
Only for eunwoo though

Our Y/n was completely in peace with the silence, after this long time she had learnt to appreciate the peacefull atmosphere well

Eunwoo - So...

And just like that his nervousness trailed on his words 

Y/n looked back at eunwoo with a neutral face

Y/n - What is it?

Eunwoo looked shock at her because of her cold tone

She sighed looking at his frowned expression

Y/n - You didn't expected me to suddenly forgive you for your ignorance did you? You were the only person I hoped would help me cause if I would've told oppa's they would've killed him for sure. Which he deserves. But I didn't wanted the whole school to know it and guess what you broke my trust eunwoo. 

She wanted to say more, about how it all haunted her and how much she trusted him but the words got stuck in her throat seeing the pained expression on his face

He faced her and she could clearly see the red eyes stinging with guilt and pain expression

He gently took her hand in his and spoke with the utmost sincerity in his voice

Eunwoo - I-I know Y/n, I have hurted you in the worst way ever ever possible. I won't exaggerate or excuse my mistakes because yes I was the reason you had to go through that all but believe me Y/n since the day that happened i-i never slept peacefully knowing I had forever ruined your dreams, i became restless and all the time I carried that guilt of being the cause of such a grave sin.

He then took a deep breath as tears started rolling down his cheeks falling on Y/n's hand but he never looked at her in the eye

Eunwoo - I won't ask you to forgive me because never in my life I would be able to do that myself as well. All I'll ask you is to get better.

And with this words he looked up at her in the eyes

He brought their holded hands closer to his chest pulling her closer to himself

She gasped at the sudden movement before looking back at him 

Eunwoo - Just be fine for all our's sake Y/n. I wasn't able to protect you before, but this time, if a person is to land even a scratch on you - I promise to rip out his heart and torture him/her unto death.. even if you'll push me away I promise to stay by your side forever Y/n

As he finished a sudden silence filled within the room, he didn't dared to say anymore and she couldn't bring herself to say anything

Finally breaking their hold 

Y/n cupped his cheeks with her cold hands as she slowly wiped off the tears streaming down his eyes

Y/n - All this time I thought of you as some selfish bastard with ego as high as Mouth Fuji and stubborn person. But today you proved me wrong eunwoo. Even though what you said right now was too heartwarming and overwhelming for me but still I can't forgive you for what had happened. Even though you weren't at the fault, i can't bring myself to forget everything. I just.... Need some time

Eunwoo then looked back at her and nodded his head like a small puppy 

She wanted nothing more but to hug him and stay by his side
She couldn't even understand her own thoughts which always becomes a message whenever she's around him
