I just want to say a big thank you to all of you that commented and liked the last part. It means a lot to me.

At the moment I am working on chapter 5.

This chapter is a bit longer and I have to say that I really suck at cliffhangers.

As always, no beta reading, all mistakes are my own, hence do not hesitate to flag them to me.

Enjoy reading.. ♥

Pete was in shock, how could he smell like vanilla when he hated that scent. He liked the smell of wood and lavender more. "How can I smell like vanilla, grandma?" Pete asked, his head lowered on her shoulder. "You know that I hate that smell, it makes me throw up." He more than whispered to himself.

"You must be hungry. Sit down, I'll heat it up for you." Ignoring the facts that Pete stated made him just simply shrug and he sat down, waiting for grandma to heat up his portion of food. Grandma secretly wiped down tears that were roaming down her face, heating up Pete's favorite food.

She did not dare to look him in the eyes, she kept working on the food for the funeral that they needed to prepare. "Grandma." Pete muffled with his mouth full of the delicious food. "I know that you are sad, but still please be careful, do not overwork yourself." Pete felt like thin air, knowing that his grandma is ignoring him on purpose. He could even say that he is dating Vegas and she would not move an inch. Yet he knew well how she must be suffering inside, this is the same scenario happening like when his grandpa died. She was baking and cooking the whole night, only to tire herself up.

As Pete finished, he cleaned up the dishes and went back up to his room. Noticing that the doors from Vegas' end were closed shut. "Fuck." Pete groaned, not realizing that it might have been too loud.

Vegas heard it, how Pete entered his room, how he sat on the bed and of course his loud "Fuck". But still, something inside his head told him that it is for the best to separate, he did not want to hurt Pete the way his family did before.

Vegas knew that taking care of his father who was still in the hospital and his mother's funeral was not a good idea, because of the past that those two families had, yet he was still trying to say that he is only helping out, because this is the right thing to do. He needs to keep his distance, he doesn't want to hurt Pete again and of course he needs to keep his father away from Pete.

With restless thoughts running inside their heads Vegas and Pete were lying and tossing around the bed, not getting enough sleep. Without even realizing it, it was morning already yet Vegas was still not sleeping, dark bags appeared under his eyes, his stomach growling. He slowly walked out of the room, trying to be as quiet as possible. He needed to avoid Pete as much as possible, even though they were under the same roof together.

Pete gave up the sleep, looking at the door that led to the room where Vegas was probably sleeping. Trying to catch a moment when he will unlock the door so he could run there and ask him what happened at night; why he was in between his thighs, with his tongue licking the tip of his hard throbbing dick tasting the strange sweet sourness on tip of his tongue, unfortunately for Pete he was not lucky. He could not hear the sound of Vegas leaving the room, not until the moment he realized that he could hear talking from downstairs.

Pete felt betrayed.

"You are useless, no one needs you, no one wants you." A strange voice started to appear inside his head, whispering this all around like a broken disc, playing the same song over and over again.
