Update 5

Hello everyone, it's been a bit.

I am writing this update to tell you that I have finally had my surgery, and am in recovery.

It will be a long recovery, they had to cut through a lot of nerves and are not sure that those nerves will heal or work again.

If they do, healing will take 6-12 months before I can feel them again.

So I won't be updating as often as I was before.

That doesn't mean I am quitting this story, this story is something that I have been working on for a while.

Just don't expect a lot of chapter updates for a little while.

Hopefully I can have a chapter out by Saturday so look forward to that.

I am also working on another story, kinda like this one.

It will be a Arrow/Grey's Anatomy crossover.

I'll give you a little sneak peak on it since I'm not sure there'll be a big audience for the story.

So, Oliver will be Meredith's half brother, they share the same mother, but Oliver still has Robert as a father.

Oliver grows up pretty much the same way he did, but Meredith goes to the same private school as he and Thea did. Since the Queens practically raised Meredith as another daughter, they quite frequently viewed her as their eldest child.

She has a trust fund from them and everything.

Now, instead of Oliver being stranded on the island, he went into the Army instead, he went missing in action when he was kidnapped and taken to the island as a hiding place basically.

(He never worked for Argue since he was already a soldier.)

He forms his own team with special permission from the president, and they are basically the last line of defense for America during war time.

He is in a relationship with Laurel and not Felicity (I view the two as platonic soulmates), the duo are the parents of William, who at the beginning of the story is around 4. The two heroes are poly with Oliver being bisexual and Laurel being pansexual.

They had a thing with Tommy before he died in the line of duty.

Which is why William is named William Thomas Queen.

I was thinking the duo would have Amelia as their final member of their relationship.

She just seems to work with the personalities I have going on.

Laurel will still be a Lawyer and the story is a watching the show type of story.

That way I can get the dynamics done the way I want, and the three can meet earlier.

I already have a few of the chapters done, so vote if that is something you'd like to see and I'll post it.

It'll be a secondary fic after this one, so don't expect it to be updated regularly.
