"What have you ate today?" I played in my son's hair.

"Mama ion like the hospital food. It's nasty." He sulked.

"You want some of grandad's food?"

He shook his head. "I want some chic fil a"

"Baby you can't eat chic fil a everyday, it's bad for you." I explained.

"Says who?" He whipped his head to look at me in disbelief.

"The doctors. Let's make a deal, if you eat this bowl of fruit i'll ask daddy to get you some chic fil a"

"Where did he go?"

"He went to get Lailah and your grand mother"

"I thought you said yo momma was dead" he furrowed his brows in confusion.

"She is." I bluntly said. "She's his mom"

This lil boy got the same bluntness as Duke.

He began to slowly eat the fruit. He ate around the oranges, ion know why he hates them so much. Apparently he said the texture feels weird on his teeth.

He will drink a whole cup of orange juice but refuse to eat an orange.

"Mama you have" he said passing me the orange and I took it.

"Thank you baby"

"Welcome" he smiled at me before picking up a strawberry and indulging.

20 minutes later I checked my baby daddy's location to see that he arrived.

"Jay!" Lailah squealed running over to hug me and I picked her up and sat her next to Reek as I stood up and they began their little sibling discussion.

I love their close bond.

"Jayla this is my mother, ma, Jayla, my baby momma" he introduced us.

She had a mean look on her face. Duke's mom had finger waves, a nose and lip piercing with long lashes and a BIG BACK. I know her food must taste real good.

She was the male version of him.

Surprisingly she came over to give me a hug.
