"Hey stop it's ok Rory's got a few cuts and a broken arm she's fine, Niamh made sure of it" I say sadly Niamh's still in surgery, she's coded twice now
I hear my phone ring
'How is she?! Is she ok?! I'm in the airport now please tell me she's ok!!"
'Woah Viv baby, she's ok, just a broken arm and some cuts'
'W-what how they said a car hit her?'
'It hit Niamh she shielded Ro'
'Oh how is she?'
'It's touch and go at the moment'
'I'm sorry Liefde I know she's your friend'
'She risked her life for our daughter Viv she can't die she just can't' I sob quietly into the phone being carful not to walk the sleeping child on my knee, wrapped in a red cast for arsenal
'It's going to be ok Liefde, I'm about to board a flight I'll be there soon'
' wait what Viv you can't what about camp...' I don't get to finish my sentence she's already gone
