Rory miedema (Beth & Viv)

Chapter 2

BETH'S POV

Viv has decided to tell Jonas she can't start the match just to give Rory a bit longer to settle properly, we're just about to go warm Rory on Katie's lap playing with her ring,

"right girls warm up time" Viv takes Ro back and settles her on the grass outside with her cars and ear defenders she's sat just in front of the subs bench where we can all see her but, she's slightly hidden from everyone,

"nice pass Stephyyy" I joke at her 

we carry on warming up, until it's time to go get ready for the match.

VIV'S POV

I quickly go in and get my kit on before everyone else does so I can settle Ro on the subs bench,

"Rory" she smiles up at me and goes to sit in her usual seat towards the end of the bench, I grab her cars and take the seat next to her, the stadium is starting to fill quickly now, I can see Ro start to get fidgety so I hand her one of her cars to mess with, 

the players start to make there way out, the games going well for us we've had a few shots

Charles 34' yellow 

half time 

"Viv get ready" Jonas says to me I look at Ro who didn't hear what he said "Beth's coming off don't worry" he smiles at me 

"Ro I'm going on now but Mummy is going to sit here with you ok baby" she smiles up at me 

I get up and hug Beth then run on.

BETH'S POV

Miedema 54' Goal

Hampton 67' yellow 

Maanum 70' Goal 

the game ends 4 nil 

all the girls celebrate, while I carry Ro back down the tunnel, I get to celebrate with my girl and I wouldn't change it for the world,

not before long everyone comes back in.

"okay bath time Rory" I say to my daughter who's colouring in a picture of finding Nemo 

"ok mu" I pick her up and carry her up stairs,

"I get everything ready for tonight" it's mine and Viv's turn to host games night so I give her a quick kiss and take Rory up stairs.
