School. One thing's for sure is I hate school, but otherwise I love it. I love school because I get to interact with different kinds of person, different kinds of personalities. I get to mingle with my friends, old and new. And I get to interact with teachers and learn new interesting things. The reason why I hate school is because it's "Elites Heights National High School". I got transferred to this school, because my parents said my former school's more far from our house than this school. Now I would never get to see my former classmates ever again.
Not only did I hate the school, but I also hate it's name. "Elites", it's a school for intelligently bright people with multiple talents like Arts and Crafts, Singing, dancing, role-playing, sports, journalism and many more. I mean, dude, I've got nothing to do with this school full of pretentious people, I don't belong here. I don't know why would my parents enroll me in this private school. I'd rather go to a far from home school than go to a school I don't even belong. I'm sure students would just bully me there for being dumb.
My sister's friend Kate went to the same school I'm currently enrolled to, and she got dropped out for not perfecting her examination. Teachers says She doesn't get the satisfaction they want. Cruel, isn't it? But those are just rumors, but I sometimes believe they can be true. I even heard students with lower rank are getting bullied and called names. And I don't want that to happen to me too! But, well, I can't change the situation and time. So, I guess I'll just roll with it.
Speaking of school information. I forgot to introduce myself. Okay, my name's Ashley Jane Paulino. I just turned 16 years old this June, before the school started. I'm now in 10th grade, graduating. My father's name is Ariel Paulino: hardworking, optimistic, and my greatest advisor. My mother's name is Michelle Paulino: kind, caring, and the sweetest morning sunshine ever. I have an older sister named Karen, and a younger brother named Vinz.
I've changed my mind. In this new season of my life, this new school, I'm going to do whatever it takes to surpass the students' expectations, I will block all the negativities around me and never let them cross the line. I'll stay optimistic, and I'll try to fit in this society no matter what. I believe in my dreams, I believe in determination, I believe in hardwork. And I'll never let my guard down. I promise I'm going to live a normal life in a new society. And maybe I'll one day find somebody I'll love and cherish forever? And I'm sure my feelings will be reciprocated.
