I pulled my car into Andy's driveway and shut it off, jumping out of the car and rushing up the walkway. I raised my hand and pounded on the door. "Andy! Let me in! We need to talk!"

I continued to knock on the door, my fist on the brink of bleeding, before the door swung open. I didn't even wait for him to let me in.

"You want to tell me?" I asked him angrily.

"Tell you what?" He inquired innocently, as if he didn't know what was going on.

"About my friend!" I snapped at him, "I know you know what she wanted to tell me but couldn't!"

"Patrick, please, calm-"

"Calm down? No I'm not going to calm down!" I grabbed him by the shirt and pushed him up against the wall. He grunted upon impact. "Tell me now, Andy, or so help me..."

"Patrick, I don't know what you want me to tell you!" He cried, "So please, just put me down!"

I pushed him higher up the wall, my arm shaking. I wasn't a strong guy, but with how furious I was, I don't think it really mattered. "Andy, I'm begging you, tell me what you know!"

"It's not my place to tell you, okay?" He caved ever so slightly, "I'm not the one you should hear it from!"

I released him and his feet touched the ground. I took a step away from him and crossed my arms.

"Patrick, look, she...she only did it because she cares about you."

"Did what?"

Andy stared at me for what seemed like the longest time before shaking his head and muttering, "I-I've already told you too much." He rushed up the stairs and turned right. I clenched my fists in anger before stomping up the stairs.

I wanted answers and Andy had them. And I wasn't going to give up. I never do.

I turned right and saw that all the doors had been closed, the hallway dark and ominous. The corner of my lips twisted up into a smirk. "Come out come out wherever you are..." I sang under my breath as I started down the hallway, kicking open all the closed doors. I didn't find Andy, but I did find someone else. I found my friend.

I raised my eyebrow as my anger dissipated, quickly being replaced with confusion, "W-What are you doing here?" I asked as I entered the room.

"What are you doing here?" She retaliated immaturely, standing up from where she was sitting. The two of us met in the middle.

"I needed Andy to answer some questions for me..." I answered her apprehensively, my mind spinning in circles. "Now what are you doing here?"

She swallowed hard before replying, "I-I'm just staying with my cousin."

"Your cousin?"

Her eyes shifted away from me, looking at something behind me. I glanced over my shoulder and saw Andy standing in the doorway.

"Y-Yeah," Andy stuttered, his cheeks growing a faint shade of red. Andy only stuttered when he was nervous, or he had something to hide. "She...She's my cousin. She came out here a...a while ago and she's been living with me. She...She was planning on staying here until she found her own place but-"

"But I just really liked staying with him," My friend finished his sentence, causing me to look back at her. She smiled at me, "You know how it is...living alone, it's not very fun."

"Oh I know all about it," I retorted coldly, glancing back at Andy. Something still didn't seem right. "Why didn't you tell me you were Andy's cousin?" I asked her, returning my attention to her. "You knew I was in a band with him..."

"It just didn't seem relevant," She responded.

"So then I'm assuming he told you all about what happened," I crossed my arms over my chest, "With my girlfriend."

She scratched behind her neck, "He...He might've mentioned it when I told him I was hanging out with you. But that was so long ago...I don't really remember."

I didn't know what to say. I didn't know who to believe. But lucky for me I didn't need to do any further interrogation, because before I could say anything else, Andy broke down.

"I'm sorry, Danny! But I can't do this any more!" He screamed as he fell to his knees, covering his face with his hands, "I can't betray my friend like this any longer! He doesn't deserve it!"

"D-D-Danny?" I repeated as I looked back at the girl who had been playing me this entire time.

A shy smile crawled onto her face - her cheeks blushing a deep red, almost as red as the lipstick on her lips - as she did a small wave of the hand, "Hi, Patrick."
