It was a lunch time. Jungkook never joins anyone at lunch. But today head Alpha and Luna asked them to join. Everyone was gathered at dining hall in the palace. Head Alpha sat on his chair along with Luna at one side and crowned Prince at other. Jennie sat near her mate. Jungkook Sat at other end of the table to his mother's side. Taehyung looked at them confusingly but still sat besides Jungkook. (Jeon Seojoon and Jeon Somi: Jungkook's parents.) (Jeon Hyunbin and Jeon Jennie: Jungkook's elder brother and sister-in-law.)

"Prince Taehyung why are you sitting there? Come and sit besides me. We would like to know you." Somi said.

"Thank you Luna but I am comfortable here." Taehyung said.

"Prince Taehyung please spend some time with us too. We are your family too. The whole idea of this lunch together was to get to know you." Jennie said.

"Right. If my Trueblood brother is commanding you to always stick to him you don't have to listen if you are not comfortable. I mean I know Truebloods can get more territorial and possessive." Hyunbin said while looking at Taehyung from top to bottom.

"I would always be most comfortable with my mate. You don't have to worry about me and also I don't like people staring at me. Remember I am your brother-in-law and you are making me uncomfortable." Taehyung said nonchalantly. Head Alpha glared at Hyunbin.

"You don't have to be rude Prince Taehyung. We just want to spend some time with you." Jennie said.

"I think we are spending time together. And why are you only pestering me? You can ask my Alpha to join you too; if he does, I'll too." Taehyung said.

"No need. We don't want to have any relation with beast." Jennie murmured. But everyone heard it as they were wolves. Taehyung was angry. He looked at Jungkook but Jungkook was silent. He scoffed at everyone as noone stopped Jennie.

"Apologies Head Alpha and Luna. I don’t have an appetite. And I don't want to stay where my mate is not respected." Taehyung said angrily. Everyone felt his anger and shivered. They were shocked by Omega's power and authority.

"You don't know anything. Because of him we lost our Grandmother. He is a beast." Hyunbin snickered. Taehyung was now raging he looked at Hyunbin. His blue eyes changed its colour to purple. It made Hyunbin weak. Hyunbin whimpered in pain. Everyone gathered around Hyunbin and told Taehyung to stop.

Jungkook held Taehyung's hand. Taehyung looked at Jungkook and went from there. Jungkook decided to follow his mate and calm him down.

"Mother... I think we did a mistake by marrying him into our family. He has some power. And his mate is also Trueblood Alpha. I don’t want to think about consequences. I am scared." Jennie said.

Jungkook followed Taehyung. Jungkook was calling him but Taehyung ignored him. They reached at their chamber.

"Tae... Please listen to me..." Jungkook said.

"What do you want me to listen?" Taehyung asked angrily.

"Please calm down. I don’t want you to leave me. I am not a beast." Jungkook said in small voice. He was insecure. Taehyung looked at him shockingly. He took deep breaths.

"Jungkook... What do you think? Why am I angry?" Taehyung asked. Jungkook looked at him confusingly.

"Maybe because I didn't tell you about my nature and why everyone calls me beast?" Jungkook asked. Taehyung sighed.

"I was angry because she insulted you. I was angry because everyone was silent.  I was angry because you didn't defend yourself. I was angry because they disrespected you." Taehyung said frustratingly.

"Does that mean you don't think I am a beast?" Jungkook asked hopefully. Taehyung walked near him and caressed his cheek. Jungkook's eyes were teary.

"Ofcourse not Alpha. In this three days I observed you and I know you can't hurt anyone intentionally. I trust you." Taehyung said. Jungkook hugged him. Taehyung stiffened but soon hugged his mate back. They settled on the couch. They decided to tell each other about their past. Jungkook was caressing Taehyung's back.

"Do you want to go first?" Jungkook asked. Taehyung nodded.

"My mother died while delivering me. I am a pureblood omega. My father started hating me. I was just a baby. When I learned everything about it I thought it's because he lost his mate because of me. But if he truly loved her he wouldn't have married someone else immediately after her death. While I was growing up noone really cared for me. I had noone. No parents, no family, no friends at all. Everyone thinks I am a curse. Many Alphas were trying to sleep with me when I turned 18. But I hated their gaze. I didn't like the way they were looking at me like I am some object. As I am a pureblood omega I don't submit infront of anyone if I don't want to. I have never submitted myself infront of anyone. It hurted their ego. I was not safe there. Someone tried to poison me once. But I have knowledge about medicines and plants. Luckily I didn't consume the food. Honestly there is nothing to talk about. I was always alone and emotionless." Taehyung said. Jungkook kissed Taehyung's forehead.

"You are so strong Tae. Atleast I had some people to understand me, to care for me. You had noone. I really admire you. And you are not a curse. You are a blessing." Jungkook said.

"Really?" Taehyung asked innocently. Jungkook nodded.

"Yes. You are so pure and innocent. You are rarest kind of wolf. You brought light in my life." Jungkook said. Taehyung blushed a little.

"Would you tell me about you?" Taehyung asked. Jungkook hummed.

"As you know I am a trueblood alpha. Physically the strongest wolf. After my birth everyone gave me tag of beast. Except my mother and Grandmother. At the age of 5 years old I met my wolf for the first time. I was bigger and scarier than other wolves. My mother distanced herself from me after that. Only my grandmother loved me truly. She was not afraid of me. She took care of me. Everyone told her to stay away from me as I could harm her. I was 10 years old when I was on a run with my grandmother. We were at hill. Some Alpha rogues attacked us. They were 5 Alphas.
My Grandma told me to run. But I did not. One wolf started fighting with her. I was fighting with other wolf. That wolf killed my grandmother. I was angry. In anger I don't remember what happened but I killed all those wolves. But my Grandmother was dead.
Everyone was scared of me before that but after that incident I became a monster for everyone. They said I am bloodthirsty. For some years Head Alpha put me in the cell. To see how violent I can be. But I didn't hurt any innocent in those three years. Some guards would come to beat me. They used to hit me with many weapons. I think they were disappointed that I didn't kill anyone. They were waiting for it. After 3 years my father declared I won't harm innocent. Still people feared me. They are still afraid of me.
After that everyone started talking about me behind my back. I think I am a beast. Because whenever there is war I become violent. I kill them mercilessly. I can assure you I've never hurted any innocent creature. I became security head when I was sixteen. I think I was little lucky than you because I had my friends. And they really took care of me." Jungkook said. Taehyung couldn't imagine the pain Jungkook experienced. Taehyung hugged Jungkook and started caressing his hair.

That day they talked about everything. They decided to move on from their past. Even Moon Goddess decided to put end to their misery by making them together. After more than 20 years of loneliness they had companion.
