The Love That We Deserve

A Scare

"Pumpkin Patch! Pumpkin Patch! Pumpkin Patch!" I jump on the bed with Pablo, Sofia, and Draco while Owen covers his head under the pillows. "Pumpkin Patch!"

Pablo and Sofia jump on Owen making him let out a grunt. "Come on papa we have to go so we can get the biggest pumpkins ever." Pablo rolls his long body over Owen's.

"Yeah! They also have bunnies and ducks and sheep!" Sofia jumps on the bed tackling Luci. I smile as I watch him act dead.

"Ok you guys go get ready while daddy and I go and get ready ourselves ok?" They nod and run out the room Draco and Luci following behind. I plop myself face first onto the bed. "Ugh, I regret deciding to wake up this early." I worm my way under the covers and into Owen's back.

"I told you that it was a bad idea." Owen mumbles into the pillow. "If we don't work we don't wake up before 10." Was the rule we both agreed upon." I bite his back. "Wow, really bell." He somehow grabs me and flips me onto the bed. "Don't start something you know we can't finish." He purrs into my ear and pulls on it with his teeth.

"Now who's being a tease." I cup his face pulling him in for a soft and loving kiss. "It's pj day so just freshen up and put on a coat, I'll go make us some coffee and we can start heading out." I run my hands down his chest. "Sounds good?"

"Yeah." He gives me another kiss and we get up to start our day.

After an hour in the car, we finally arrived at 'Mr. Rodger's Pumpkin Neighborhood'. It's ran by this sweet old man named Mr. Rodger, true man even dresses up like Mr. Rodger himself! Pablo and Sofa run to the animals after we give them money for the feed.

I stop pushing Luna's stroller."Baby! They have pumpkin loaf!" I hold onto his arm and violently shake it. "Ooh and kettle corn!!" I let out a dramatic gasp. "Oh my Loki they have Butterbeer!!"

"Petal stop shaking me I am holding your baby." He chuckles. "Adonis doesn't look very happy at you right now." I turn to try and look at my son but Owen's tall ass prevents me from seeing. I roll my eyes and gently but aggressively pull him down to my height.

"My god he has your forehead vein already." I scrunch up my nose as I look at both in disbelief. "I hate that he has that... that men's he's gonna scold me just like you do." I cross my arms and pout.

"Hopefully he has a better chance of getting through that beautiful thick skull of yours." He kisses my head and walks away, leaving me standing there with Luci and Luna shocked asf.

"What the hell just happened?" I looked down at Luci. "Did you see how your father treated me baby boy." He lets out a huff and stomps his right paw. "I give you permission to hide all his shoes when we get home. Ok?" I laugh as he stands and wags his tale.

"My goddess you really gonna let him talk to you like that?" I scrunched my nose and turn to my left and I see a popcorn stuffing Joanna and David.

"What are you two doing here?"

"We followed you." They both said. "Popcorn?" Joanna tilts the jumbo bag to me and I cautiously take a handful.

"Joanna what have I said about inviting yourself to my outings?"

"Ok hear me out!" She holds her hands out stopping me from continuing my scolding. "I know you said stop but look!" She steps to the side and dramatically points to David who is now holding a loaf and a hot Butterbeer. "Huhuhuhuhuhuh?" David and Joanna wiggle their brows.
