Charlotte's POV.
It's only me and Mia in the room right now and I'm glad there are only babies here. Because Mia cannot and will not keep away from me, every chance she gets she whispers something in her ear or puts her hand on me somewhere. First it was my back, then my hips, then my stomach until now where her hands have moved further up to my chest area.
"Mia, we're at work..and the kids." I grip her arm gently, I really hope no one walks in because this will be difficult to explain.
"But I'm bored again. And they're only babies, they don't know what's going on." She whisper back.
"Can't you wait til after work?" I say holding back a whimper when she starts kissing my neck.
"Oh so you're saying you want last night to happen again sweetheart?" She teases me. It's my favourite thing to do.
"Well, I- don't know. You seem like you do but is has to wait til, ah, after work." I squeal when she bites on the sweet spot on my neck.
"Don't leave any more marks Mia." I say quietly, not sure if she heard me.
"What was that darling?" She moves her hands back down to my hips. I quickly glance over to the door to make sure no one is there.
"Don't leave any more marks Mia." I repeat myself louder, leaning back into her.
"Hm and what if I did? Then what?" She teases some more.
"Then you're covering them because I can't be bothered." I turn around to face her, she looks down at me with them beautiful eyes of hers.
"Okay fine, we can work for now. But.." She leans closer to my ear again. "When I pounce on you later you have no excuse."
"Who says you'll be pouncing on me?" I wink at her and walk away to talk to the parent that just walked in. I can feel Mia eyes on me, they never left. I look back at her and she's frozen in the spot I left her in, like she's surprised at my sudden boldness.
30 minutes later Autumn walks in,
"Char." She says as I look at her. "Marjorie- what is that on your neck?"
"Uh nothing." I say and quickly put my hand over it. Out of the corner of my eye I see Mia laughing with her head down.
"Don't lie to me Charlotte, who gave you that hickey?" Autumn questions and by the look on her face I can tell she's not letting this go.
"It's from Henry the other night. I must've forgotten to cover it this morning." I save myself quickly. She rolls her eyes at me.
"I still can't believe- you know what no I'm not getting angry again. Marjorie wants to see you and I'm going home. Bye." She leaves the room as quick as she appeared.
"Please don't ever use that man to cover me up again. Much appreciated." Mia giggles finally moving.
"I didn't know what else to say!" I defended myself. "In all fairness I wouldn't have had to do that if you didn't put it there."
