Everyone at the party danced and enter-twined with one's body's. I would rather be in the corner. The aroma of cologne and sweat fills the air. My head feels a little dizzy from alcohol and the flashing lights.
I hated party's but loved the feeling of being swept away in the sharp flavor of vodka. For a few hours I'm able to run away from my problems, and run I do.
The way the vodka burns as it hit my throat and made my stomach warm. "Naomi, why don't you join us and dance?" I whip my head towards Tatum and bite my lip nervously.
My small friend group consists of Jacob, Tatum, and Christy. We aren't exactly popular nor' close. Well, they are closer to each other than me. We use to be inseparable but one day I realized how fucked up they were in the head.
They don't care about each other.
Before I can protest, Tatum grabs my arm and pulls me onto the crowded dance floor. People hit me left and right. My hair sways around the people and I feel trapped. My breath hitches as I try my best to get out.
"Excuse me, please." I couldn't feel my breath until I was out the crowd and fresh air hit me. It was inside, but still much better.
My head raced as I walked over to the alcohol table. "Hey, you good?" I look up and see Joshua Flint. He's the most popular jock and fairly sweet. I don't really care about labels though. I've been called enough shit in my life.
I nod slowly and stare down at the table. "Hate big crowds." He chuckles and hands me a plastic cup. It's filled with what smells to be beer. "Yeah, I understand that. The party's after games get extremely crowded."
I slightly smile and grab the cup he offers me. I take a sip and the beer instantly goes to the back of my throat. I sigh and quickly wipe the foam off my top lip. "Thanks."
He shrugs. "No problem." We both stand awkwardly for a moment waiting for the other one to speak. "So, what you doing here talking to me? Don't you have friends to get back to."
He nods then smirks. "Yeah, but they aren't as fun as you." I chuckle awkwardly and thump my leg under the table. "I'm kinda tired. Think I'm going to head out."
As I begin to walk away he grabs my arm gently and furrows his brows. "You don't look so good." I pull my lips into a thin line. "Gee, thanks."
He chuckles. "That's not what I meant, I meant that you look a little pale. Maybe you should lie down." Joshua is throwing the current party. He tells me a guest room he has upstairs never has anyone in it. I can even lock the door if I'm uncomfortable.
My head begins to feel foggy, so I take up his offer. As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm out cold.
I don't know how long I was out for but I let out a small moan as the bed dips beside me. My eyes flicker open slowly. The rooms dark and warm.
"Don't make a fucking sound." My heart thumps fast and my breath hitches. The voice was low and gruff as he spoke and breathed. Who was it?
And what we're they about to do?
I hear the movement of someone leaning over the bed and a click. Shortly after, music cuts on and they turn it up until it's quite loud.
"Who-" I gasp as my face is buried in the pillow and someone is pushing my head down. I can't hardly breathe. My hand flail's over the sheets until someone grabs it and pushes my hand up onto the head board.
I know it's a man. I'm so fucking terrified. What are they going to do to me?
He pulls my hair so my head is slightly off the pillow. I try to look for their face but I can't see it. "Don't worry, it will be quick."
My stomach lurches and I feel a lump in my throat. My heartbeat quickens and I begin to sweat as soon as I feel a hand on the rim of my shorts.
All I can muster up is a few 'no's as I freeze. My body is flipped over and my eyes widen as I see who it is. Joshua smirks at me and sits his legs across me so I can't move.
I wouldn't have moved either way. I mentally can't. I feel tears brim in my eyes as I hear my short zipper's go down. Cold air hits my underwear line as he throws my short's onto the floor. Goosebumps rise throughout my body and I whimper, trying to hold back a sob.
My whole body shakes and my breath shakes along with me. In a short bit he's covering my mouth and it's right at my entrance.
I gasp and sob silently when he begins to thrust in and out me. I don't know how long it went on for. I just know it felt like an eternity.
After he finishes he pulls out and begins to get dressed. I immediately curl up and bring my knees to my chest. He kisses my forehead as I sob into my pillow as silent as I can.
"You did so good, baby." I can feel the vein in my forehead pop out as my eyes burn from exhaustion.
The door quietly clicks as he exits. I know people are still here, I can hear the subtle chatter over the radio.
Why did he do this? Did I not cover up enough? Did I lead him on? I shouldn't have came to this party. I could have avoided it.
My head can't wrap around what just happened. I've hardly even talked to him. Maybe on a few occasions after his games at a party that I was dragged to.
What did I do wrong?
End Of Chapter
Hello, I'm so glad you tried out my first chapter! Chapters will more than likely be shorter because I would rather get you to the plot than use filler words. There will probably be spelling errors and more, but I really hope you can give the book a try since I've put a lot of work towards it and truly believe it has potential.💗
