Often believe you see more value in me than I do myself.
Quickly adjust, knowing foundation must be self-love.
Inspire each other to be better.
Without knowing extent of influence.
Acting opposite of fetter,
Potential discovered witnessing affluence.
Patient in panic,
Time you know why I get manic.
Truth terrifying,
Dishonesty defying.
Declining drama,
I share relevant trauma.
As you listen to understand,
Honoring undulating consent.
Concerns viewed like on a screen,
Discussed to make both hearts seen.
Neither wishing for an ending,
Acutely aware journey beginning.
Guilty pleasure drinking the tea.
Always balanced with empathy.
Deeper understanding,
Results in greater intimacy.
Not all sunshine,
Aching from seriousness.
You pause.
"Are you good? We've covered a lot of ground"
Feeling seen and found,
Wasn't but am now.
This care,
For body and soul,
So foreign.
Worth more than gold.
Like a precious metal,
I melt in your arms.
Knowing you want to know me,
Scars and all.
Wry smiles and false accusations gone,
I want this to last oh so long.
Deepest truth solidifying in the mold,
Three little words not yet told.
