Chapter 10 (part 1): Let me show you...

Y/n pov:

I'm currently sitting down at the dining table with Eri and Marina, showing them some card tricks I picked up as a hobby on Scrapnik Island. Blake and Yang already headed back using those Warp Rings.

Y/n: Was your card... a three of Spades?

Eri: Yes it was... H-How are you so good at this!? *Le GASP* Are you magic!?

Heheheh, I might be, who knows? Marina just looks at me flabbergasted. Or, as flabbergasted as an octopus can get. 

Monika: You're a wizard, Y/n.

Y/n: Pfff, really-

I stand up, every system in my body going into fight or flight mode as I look out the window at the evening sky.

Jenny: Uh... Y/n?

Y/n: Metal... What have you done?

Eri: Metal? Is he the... s-scary one?

I nod my head, seeing the Space Colony ARK emerge from behind the still destroyed moon. These energy readings... I've only felt them twice before. The first was around a week after I was abandoned, sitting idly on the seabed. And the second was during the whole... "Infinite" thing. Whatever that guy's name was.

Y/n: Yeah... he's also my older brother. Funnily enough I'm the youngest out of the four of us "Sonic robots"... that were made by Eggman of course. Furnace, you're like that chill cousin we'd invite to dinner whenever you're in town... If we were organic.

Furnace: I can live with that. What's the deal with the Darth Sidious reject, anyway?

Y/n: There's Prototype and his borderline limitless number of clones. Metal, the fastest and (annoyingly) Egg-face's favorite. His twin, Rocket. The sole creator of a little computer program called Weed.EXE. Mk 1 the toughest tank around. Seriously, the guy survived the Death Egg falling and landing on him... Gimme a sec. Crashed in Launch Base, crashed in Lava Reef, crashed into what would later be Scrapnik Island- THREE times, And there was STILL enough of him left to be rebuilt. Next is moi. You already know me, PTSD in a tin can.

I hate how little of an exaggeration my description of myself was. Raven rolls her eyes.

Raven: Back to the point, what does Metal have to do with THAT?

Y/n: Everything... The ARK's main weapon, the Eclipse Cannon. Its firing codes are stored in the Eggnet. And since Metal is probably still connected to it, all he's missing is a power source strong enough to fuel it.

Raven: Like what? The four relics? the Maidens? The Chaos Emeralds?

Y/n: Well, yes. There is the Chaos Emeralds, but these readings... He must've relocated the Phantom Ruby. And with THAT thing's level of power... Well let's just say the fate of everyone on Earth is in his hands.

*Knock knock knock.*

Grounder: I'll get it, boss!

Grounder goes and opens the door, seeing Rias standing there with a worried look on her face.

Rias: You sensed it too?

Y/n: Yep. Please tell me you have SOMETHING that can stop a reality warping shapeshifter god who could fuse with a cannon capable of destroying entire planets at any moment he chooses.
