It was Ashi's birthday tomorrow and the girls were planning things.
She was turning 16 this year it was gotta be special.
Mannat was cutting some butterflies when Yash entered her room.
He sat beside her on the floor and asked her "Monkey what are you doing haa!?work doesn't suit youuu"
Mannat gave him a punch and replied "It's my bestfriend's birthday tomorrow so shut up"
Yash said excitedly "Ashi's birthday really?" Mannat replied "Why are you sounding so excited"
Yash said "Nothing so what does she usually like?" Mannat looked at him for a minute and smiled teasingly.. Yash said "Just tell me"
Mannat replied "Uhmm she likes perfumes and cute stationery things"
Yash said "Thank you lil sis byee"
Mannat giggled at him and started doing her work.
After some time, she got a call from Pragya she picked up the call..
Pragya: Mannii listen there is a problem. Mannat: Problem? what happened? Pragya: Uhmm we have to change the fairy core theme. Mannat: But why?? Pragya: There is no decoration related to that nearby and maybe we have to go to Karol Bagh but only Aayansh knows the place and he has football practice. Mannat: But i think he will do it for Ashi. Pragya: Ok then ask him. Mannat: I won't you can do it. Pragya: Ok let me call him.
Pragya cut the call and called Aayansh. He picked up the call... Pragya: Hey Aayansh Aayansh: Hi Pragya: Uhmm actually can you help us in finding items for Ashi's birthday party in Karol Bagh only you know the place soo.. Aayansh: Uhmm but l have football practice from 4 to 6. Pragya: Just for today for Ashi. Aayansh: Uhmm but l can't go alone. Pragya: Take Krishna then Aayansh: If any of you would join it would be helpful Pragya: Any? Okay i will ask Aaradhya. Aayansh: Mannat is arranging most things right so she will know better I guess.. Pragya: Mannat okay l will add her ask her yourself..
Aayansh was about to stop her but the call was on hold now and Pragya added Mannat. As SHE picked up the call and said hello it was different for HIM as it was not at all usual they never talked on calls.
Pragya: Heyy your Nobita is also on the line. Mannat: Nobita? Aayansh? Aayansh : H...hey Pragya: Okay he wants to ask you if you are free to go with him for buying the decorations. Mannat: Uhmm but l thought Aaradhya was going.. Aayansh: You don't wanna come? Okay then l will tell Aaradhya. Mannat: No it's fine i can come. Pragya: Okay enjoy Mannat l will not disturb you. Mannat: Shut up....
Pragya cut the call and then there left Mannat and Aayansh with a silence which was loud enough to keep them on the call.
Mannat decided to break the silence and as she spoke a word Aayansh cut the call.
"Maybe he didn't listen" She thought.
In the evening she was going to get ready when the door bell rang and Aayansh and Krishna were standing there.
She looked at the clock and it was 3.40 and then she looked at them.
She said with sarcasm " Guys aren't you a bit late" Krishna said mocking her " What's the use of getting ready you will look like a buffalo anyway" Mannat just rolled her eyes amd they got in.
She went to get them water and when she gave water to Aayansh and he was just sitting with her head down unable to meet her gaze. Mannat called him "Aayanshhh"
He got back to his senses and took the glass when Krishna laughed and said "You guys are a whole drama i swear"
They both shouted "shut up" together at him and Mannat went upstairs to change.
She checked on the mirror and she was just wearing track pants and an oversized t-shirt with a bun. She was a little flustered.
She thought "He is crazy and he makes me too seriously"
She decided to wear a green kurti cuz yk she wanted to wear traditional.

She got her tote bag and phone and went downstairs.
And once again Mr.Aayansh Mathur couldn't look into her eyes.
Aayansh's POV She looked different i mean good different it was something i don't wanna feel or understand but l just couldn't get myself to look at her in the eyes. Her gaze erupted tornados in my chest and i can't fix this and maybe l want to but again l don't. I don't understand.
Mannat's POV He was behaving different and it was kinda cute l don't know why. He couldn't look into my eyes and it gave me butterflies what in the world is happening. I...I don't understand.
Krishna's POV These two uhhh god.. Ye dono milkar mera kat rhe hai Kanha jii please do something between them or it will be all in vain. They look too cute but main yha thirdweel kar raha hun yaar.
Back to Author's POV Mannat went to bid bye to her mom and Krishna teased Aayansh " Mother in law hmmm"
Aayansh punched him and they all went out got an auto and reached their destination.
Aayansh asked her "What is the theme" Mannat replied "Fairy core" Aayansh mumbled "Suits you" Krishna heard him and side eyed him and mouthed "Control" and they went inside the shop.
