The exams had passed and the surroundings felt free to everyone after their first unit tests and their summer vacations were starting very soon.

Daksh had invited everyone over for lunch at his house on Sunday which was tomorrow.

Mannat and Ananya were on a call discussing more like gossiping about their teachers.

Mannat : Ananya that chittaranjan sir he is damn creepy.
Ananya: Yess l swear and he is ao orthodox like what is "lajja hii ladkiyo ka gehna hh"
Mannat: who says that and his stare it's so weird
Ananya: leave the teachers that Arohi dude what she thinks of herself kya attitude hh usme har waqt bss deputy head girl bnke itrate rehti hai
Mannat: haa aur din bhar Aayansh se bhi baat krti rehti hh
Ananya: ooho jealousy and all
Mannat: nai bss muh se nikal gya
Ananya: hmmm but manni ek baat bolu dil se
Mannat: Haa bol nn
Ananya: I don't think he is good for you yk after everything that happened earlier and there is something between you both we all know that but l think you become weak when it comes to him and...
Ananya couldn't complete her sentence but Mannat said what she wanted to
Mannat: Aniee ye sab toh nai pta hume lekin 'prem' hai mujhe usse uska bss acha hi chahti hu aur kuch nai aur vo mujhse vese hi pyaar kre ye zaroori bhi nahi mera pyaar kaafi hai mere liye
Ananya: manii tumhara 'prem' uske liye tumhari aankho me hi dikhta hh but are you gonna propose him?
Mannat : maybe i don't know i have not really given it a thought
Ananya: Mannii l love youuu thik hh and l will be there for you..
Mannat: I love you too chal abb senti mtt krr and ye l love you just for mee orrr...
Ananya: heyy!! you are getting very chalu hh
Mannat: huh l was always smart
Ananya laughed and they cut the call after few minutes.

In the group chat Daksh texted everyone if they were free after 1 pm and everyone answered in affirmation so he invited them over at that time.

Everyone lived in the opposite direction to Daksh's home except Prerna,Pragya and Rohan.
So Ashi,Mannat,Ananya and Aaradhya decided to go together and the boys Yash,Aayansh,Pratik and Krishna were going together.

At night in Mannat's rome she was sitting and listening to music while solving maths when suddenly Yash cane to his room without knocking and smacked her head.

Mannat shouted "Aee you monkey why did you smack me?"
Yash replied "Because l can donkey"
Mannat said "Wait l will kill you"
Yash replied "Manu my cute lil sister my dil ka tukda"
Mannat said rolling her eyes "What do you want?"
Yash replied innocently "Is it necessary that l want something can't l just call my sister cute?"
Mannat said nonchalantly "Yashhhh!!"
Yash replied "Ha ha bol rha hu itna kya chila rahi hai"
Mannat nodded and Yash continued "Vo nn thoda tera project mil jata toh mai apna naam likh deta usprr"
Mannat looked at him shocked and said with you-are-so-done expression "Yashh monkeyy you YOU!!"

She ran after him and he also ran quickly saving himself from all the things she was throwing at him.

Yash thought "Before she sends me to kabristan l should leave"

They went down the stairs running after each other when they saw Nayan sitting there on the sofa when Mannat was snatching Yash's hair and he was also pulling her hair.

Nayan looked at them in that condition and chuckled maintaining eye contact with Mannat.
Mannat looked down embarassed by this sudden unexpected encounter.

She left his hair and rushed to her room and quickly composed herself.

There Yash was standing staring at Nayan and asked him " Why are you here?"

Nayan stood up and replied "Hello Yash i just.."
Yash said his protective brother mode on
" Nayan whatever chaos you and Aayansh have caused in my sister's life I am not gonna behave normal with both of you and don't be near her again she is really innocent for all this"
