Nathan
The silence stings my heart.
"Do you want me to leave? I ask, unsure of the answer.
"Yes! I think. No? Ugh I don't know." He groans.
"Okay well-" the bell rings. I wait for it to end before continuing, "I can't really go to my lesson now, I'd be late. If you want I can sit across the room or something?"
"No. Stay here."
"Uhm. Okay?"
Danny's really confusing me to be honest, one second he hates me the next he can't be away from me.
"Hey Danny I'm ba- oh! Nathan! I see you two made up?" Jenny walks inside.
We both glare at her.
"Or not." She nods
Danny
I love Nathan. I want his touch. I just need a hug not gonna lie. It's so awkward. I don't know how to feel. I've never been good at emotions. Plus, so much has happened this week. Jenny looks over at us both, pouts and squints her eyes.
"Can't you guys just like.. kiss it out. Or like hug? I dunno."
"Maybe." I answer.
Nathan stays quiet.
"Right game-plan! You two go somewhere private, talk it out, kiss, hug, happy!"
"Right." Nathan sighs.
I stand up and gesture to him to follow.
I grab his hand and take him to a bathroom stall.
"So." He starts
"So.." I repeat.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry. This past week or so has been crazy and it's been worse for you and it's so much to take in and I just don't know what to do or how to feel."
"Fucking hell. You couldn't have explained it better." I smile, Nathan laughs. I step forward and hug him tightly. He wraps his arms around me and nestles his head into my shoulder/neck. God I've missed him (it's been an hour).
After what felt like forever he looks up, his arms still embracing me, and kisses me. I kiss him back and push him up against the wall. My right hands rests on his waist and my left on his head, playing with his hair. We kiss for a while before releasing and smiling.
"Excuse me, are there two people in there?" A stern voice comes from outside followed by a knock.
"Uhh no."
"Mhm sure. Back to lessons please." Footsteps lead away and when their gone we both start giggling.
When we get back to the nurses office Jenny looks up at us and smiles, "knew it!"
