H E R A

Napangisi ako sa nakita ko sa TV.

“Missing?

I looked at her and smiled bitterly, “We did well, Mariel. Tama na 'to. Let's end this.”

I reached for my phone to call the police. I sent them the address to the mansion and said that we needed help so that they would arrive faster.

“We did our part as a member of the pact. Let's end this here,” she genuinely smiled at me.

I smiled back and without any hesitation, I pointed my gun at her temple.

“Three...” she started counting.

“Thank you for everything, Mariel.”

“Two...”

“Thank you for everything, Whisperer Hera.”

Pumikit ako at naghanda.

“One...”

“I'm sorry, Zeuya.” I whispered.

Before she could even pull the trigger, I let the paper in my hand fly with the wind.

And that's my last whisper in code.
