"You were a kanima. What's a kanima derek?" I asked smiling

"It's a disgusting nasty thing." Derek smirk.

"Actually that nasty thing was a pain in Derek's ass." Jackson winks at me and derek was getting annoyed.

"No. Jackson didn't do any of the damage. We were good enough to  take care of the situation. " said derek.

"I  paralysed you and you were stuck with stiles in swimming pool for couple of hours. " Jackson fired back.

"How did you even paralysed him? " I asked Jackson curiously

"Perks of being a big bad kanima. " Said Jackson.

"Yeah. Jackson here fit all the conditions  of being a kanima." Derek smirked. And Jackson was shocked. Like he was hurt by derek remark.

"I should go now." Said Jackson with his sad smile. Something is wrong. He was happy and laughing and now he is sad. Why?

He walked out of the room and I tried to follow him but derek stopped me.

"Don't go after him. He's  ju-" I cut derek off.

"No, you don't. " I said with my serious tone and derek let go off my arm.

"Jackson wait." I requested.

"Emily you should go back. Derek won't tolerate such type of behavior. " Said Jackson still walking.

"Jackson I can see the sadness in your eyes. And I know what it means." I paused and said "It's fine to share your pain . Don't hide it. Hiding your  pain will only Bring you more suffering. "

"I'm not weak. " Jackson hissed.

"Yes, you're not weak Jackson.  You're empty from inside. And I know what you're feeling.  I tried to hide my pain. Hell I'm still trying to hide it from everyone. But you have to let it in." I hugged Jackson and he hugged me back.

"Thank you . " He paused and said " I lost my parents when I was still in my mother's womb. That's why Derek said that I was perfect for being a kanima. He said that I was a snake and he is right." He sigh.

"No, he's not.  Everyone deserves a  second chance.  You deserve a second chance. " I said wiping his tears.

"Derek just growled at me." Said Jackson with his weak smile.

"Can he hear us?" I whispered 

"Yes." Jackson whispered and then we laughed.

"Emily I should get going now. " Said Jackson kissing me on forehead.

"I'll see you around Jackson. " I whispered and then he left.

"What was that?" Derek yelled.

"Exactly Derek what the heck were you doing? " I shouted.

"What do you mean?" Derek asked innocently.

"He's your beta. You can't say him such harsh things.  He lost his parents Derek. You and I both know what it feels like to loose someone. " I said and a mare tear escaped my eyes.

"I'm sorry em. I was jealous and I didn't mean to hurt his feelings. " Derek apologised.

"It's ok." I said and derek hugged me.

"I love you ." We said in unison.

"Derek you should drop me to my home." I yawned and derek chuckle.

"Yeah you look really tired." Said derek.

At my home.

"Thanks for dropping me." I said with smile.

"Anytime love " Derek said and we kissed.  It was soft and sweet.  Full of love.

I went inside my home and found a note jenna wrote me.

I have to go hospital due to some emergency.  Don't worry I'll be back before dinner. Hope you had fun last night.

"She's not here emily." I heard scott voice coming from behind me.

"Scott what are you doing here?" I asked awkwardly and he came closer to me.

"I came here to see if you were okay." Said scott still approaching me. And I tried my best to maintain distance between us.

"I'm fine scott. You should go now. I'll call you later." I said nervously.  What is wrong with scott? Am I scared of him? Why is he so obsessed with me?

"Why do you smell like Derek?" Scott asked and then growled at me.

"Scott stop. " I whispered.

"Why do you smell like him?" Scott shouted and then he shifted. Glowing red eyes, claws and fangs. Seeing scott like this I froze in fear.

"Why do you smell like derek?" He growled and then charged at me. Scott can't do this to me. He can't hurt me. Yes, he can. He has done it before and now he's going to kill me.

Scott pushed me to the fall and I hit my head. I was bleeding. And then he came closer to me and grabbed my neck.

"Scott ple-- please no." Scott was choking me.

"You should smelk like me, not like derek." He growled and his claws  were inside my skin I felt a burning sensation inside my body.

"Scott." Derek shouted and scott threw me across the room. My whole body was in pain. I could feel the warmth of my own blood 

"I will rip your throat out with my teeth." Derek growled and his claws were cutting scott flesh like it was a mare piece of paper.  My vision was blurry and I fell into darkness.
