8 Days

Samara POV
Time can be a tricky thing. One moment you are free and happy and the next you filled with  sorrow and pain. I’m still adjusting to the new reality. Somehow I still feel that I’m trapped inside my own body. Every nerve in my body is just ready to do something nasty. It’s hard to control magic specially when your brother has you on boundary spell or he thins he has. I know he just wants to protect me but do I really need protection. I guess not. It’s been 8 days since I’m back and the fear of being trapped in my own body has not left me for a single second. Time heals all wounds and all we left are with the scars of those painful time.

‘’Damon, where are you? You know that we can’t leave samara alone. I need you. If she has one more nightmare, this whole house will shatter like a glass’’ Mona said while looking at sleeping samara.

‘’Don’t worry Mona. It’s time we let her out of the house.’’ Damon replies

‘’What? No, it’s too dangerous for her and for others. You know that. The whole reason we did boundary spell was to keep her inside so we can check on her.’’ Mona replies

‘’Yeah, that’s my point Mona. The whole reason we did boundary spell was to keep my baby sister inside so we can check on her but guess what, that spell is useless. Boundary spell doesn’t work on her. The only reason she is still in the house because I asked her to do so.’’ Damon was pissed and was giving death glare to Derek.

‘’what do you mean that my spell doesn’t work?’’  Mona paused “So samara was making a fool of us.’’ She asked Damon.
‘’Samara was not fooling us. She was just respecting my decision.’’ Damon says

‘’How long have you known that the spell doesn’t work on her?’’ Mona asked while looking for some more powerful spell to work on samara.

Damon was staring at Derek for some answers ‘’Ask Derek.’’ Damon replies and handed phone to Derek.

“Hi Mona. It’s Derek Hale’’ Derek paused ‘’ Samara’s mate’’ He added

‘’Oh Please. Not the whole mate thing. You do know that my boundary spell is also for others to keep out of the house. Now just tell me what do you know?’’ Mona asked Derek.

‘’Tell us Derek or I’m going to rip apart your puppies.’’ Damon said while looking at Isaac and Erica

Derek Growled but tried his best not to start any fight with Damon.

‘’Damon don’t provoke him. We need answers.’’ Mona said to Damon while Isaac and Erica left the room.

‘’I don’t know much but I can feel that your spell doesn’t work on her. I know that I can’t come near your house but samara can leave anytime she wants.’’ Derek tries to explain

‘’Yeah that’s helpful big guy’’ Damion was super annoyed was about to leave.

‘’I know because she left the house for couple of minutes. Okay. There was an injured street cat  and she somehow just healed her and before I can approach her she left.’’ Derek said with frustration.

‘’Okay. Damon come back. We need to discuss some things in private’’ Mona said with hint of worry in her voice.

‘’No more secrets now. I haven’t seen my mate for freaking last 8 days. I respected your decision that you needed to keep her inside that house so she can control herself. So she can control her magic. You can’t trap her there. ‘’ Derek said and unknowingly his eyes were glowing

‘’Easy Derek. You need to stay away from her for now.’’ Damon said to Derek

‘’She is not a threat Damon. She is fine.’’ Erica said to Damon and looks at Derek with sympathetic look

‘’We can’t be sure’’ Mona said and Erica interrupts her

‘’Yeah You’re right Mona. I saw samara killing that poor cat and drinking her blood and worshipping Satan.’’ Erica snatched phone from Daman’s hand.

‘’Mona, whether you like it or not but we are coming tomorrow to see her and guess what you can’t stop us.’’ Erica disconnected the call and punched Damon in his face. He wasn’t expecting such type of surprise attack.

‘’Don’t you dare to disrespect my alpha again’’ Erica and growls at Damon

‘’Easy blondie. Fine you can come tomorrow.’’ Damon left from there and Derek was surprised that Erica was defending Samara.

Stiles and Scott conversation
‘’Scott, please man. You are behaving like a mad dog. You need to stay away from Samara. Remember his freaky brother told you so.’’ Stiles said to Scott while handing some orange juice

‘’I’m done listening to his brother. Stiles it’s been 8 days and I haven’t seen my mate. It’s driving me crazy’’ Scott tries to explain his situation.

‘’No more mate drama. Even Derek says she is his mate. You just need to relax man. ‘’ Stiles was worried about Scott and his increasing obsession with Samara.

‘’No stiles. She is mine.’’ He growls and was about to rip stiles throat open.

‘’Scott.’’ Isaac pushed Scott. ‘’Calm down’’ He added

‘’ Oh thank god.’’ Stiles was unable to give any statement to Scott.

‘’Stiles, I’m sorry. I don’t know what happened.’’ Scott eyes were teary and was feeling guilty that he almost attacked stiles.

‘’8 days Scott. From past 8 days you are behaving like a maniac.’’ Stiles said while Isaac was worried about the whole situation.

‘’No Kidding. Derek’s in bad shape too.’’ Isaac comments.
