April 1st:
Ayanokoji POV:
I know this is kind of sudden but I would like to pose an interesting question.
Are all human beings truly equal?
The answer is most certainly no, since all humans have their own unique way of thinking and how they live their lives. These days everywhere you go there's talk about the fight for equality yet we live in a flawed society where only the rich and powerful are able to have anything they desire whilst those in the bottom layer of society struggle to survive in this harsh world. It is reality where we live.Anyways a wise man once said, "Heaven does not create one person above or below another." People like to throw these words around. That's not the whole quote. It goes on to say that "... while we are all equal at birth, pretty soon, things begin to change. Struggle and effort is what sets some people apart to rise above the others.
At any rate, humans change over time based on their actions. Truth be told, at the end of the day, equality is just a fantasy. And most of us go through life denying the fact that we live in a meritocracy.
I am Ayanokouji Kiyotaka a soon to be student of the most prestigious school known as Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School. It is known as a dream school for elites. Here I am being enrolled with people who I have grew up my whole life with. All of us seek only entertainment and freedom to do whatever we want in this school. I don't know about the others but that is what I truly want.
Hey Kiyotaka look at Kurumi over there. Kirari said.As I went to look at Kurumi I noticed that she was glaring at Kirari but upon looking at me she stopped glaring and started to smile brightly. That was weird and cute at the same time.
Kirari, do you know why she is glaring at you? I said.
Oh you are so dense Kiyo that it is hilarious. Kirari laughed a little and I can feel Kurumi's glare intensify.
I paid no mind to her shenanigans and just went to sleep for a while but as fate would have it I wont be able to enjoy my peaceful life.
Excuse me Sir, but would you be willing to give your seat to this old lady please? A girl who I presume to be a working woman guessing by her attire asked. Her voice can be heard throughout the bus gaining the attention of the whole bus.
