Aakarsh POV
The night was far from satisfactory for me.
It wasn't bad, as bad word doesn't exist in an Aakarsh Mehrotra dictionary,—but it was definitely not good. Not the way I had planned it.
I knew the Singhania princess would appear eventually. That much was predictable.
What I hadn't accounted for was the timing—her sudden, unannounced arrival—and the fact that she had no idea about the deal she had been signed into. That was surprisingly doesn't set well.
As I found a sick fun in finding my enemies burning and turning into ashes in their own agony, and here the little princess didnt even knew she was signed off, by her dear family.
I have to burst the slim bubble of her. But as I thought she would come weak
Like I had imagined the hidden princess to be small, polite, restrained, easy to toy with, easy to bend, easy to discard once the night had been properly staged.
Instead... she had turned out to be the opposite.
A storm contained in five feet of fire. Every word she spat, every glance she threw, was calculated chaos. like she knew what she is doing, Retort after retort, her mouth running, defiance rolling off her in waves.
A nuisance. A walking, talking, infuriating nuisance.
But still her eyes having the spark to burn things, she was damn fireball, throwing spats of ball of fire like she has come to own the world, she thrieves for Power. like You see how she fired back? How she replied with that reckless sass, that untamed defiance? She was a ball of fire—a fire that no one sees coming until it hits square in the face.
I didnt like her, she wsant like the other sweet princess from royal family who can be bend accordindly,
and thats comes the fun.
Fun to play with the people, whom you know will revert, I have made many people come on their knees for me, and she wasnt an exceptional for them, Though with her I will take my own sweet time to do it,
Alas, she was different frmo others, and some of those people who deserves my own attention.
Attention- a hard word used here as usually I do not give a fuck to things around me, My mguards are enough to handle them, but as i said she was fireball,
I had purchased her to take revenge from her family, I have to give my attention to her.
And right now... right now, I didn't see the princess, the calculated Singhania heiress, the five-foot-four-inch America Return parcel. No. I saw a girl sprawled across my bed, wearing my shirt and on my clean freak sheets.
Don't ask me how, don't ask me how the fuck she ended up here. I'm still figuring that out.
In a small span of time, I have come to conclusion of, The girl with the big, brown deer eyes, eyes that could melt hearts in a boardroom or rip them apart in an instant, apparently has zero sense when it comes to drinking. Especially in a place where she knows no one.
She got drunk. Poorly, recklessly drunk.
And then... she fell. Right onto my shoulder.
And I?
The man who hated being touched by people. I did what I would usually do.
I stepped back, giving her enough space so that when she wobbled, she would fall to the floor on her face rather than on me.
