Aaliyah Dior Williams | 20 Location: Uconn dorm
"Yes mommy, I have everything I need" Aaliyah responded to her mom who was on the other end of the phone. "Okay, be safe Liyah please. If anything is wrong call me. If you need anything call me. I am only a phone call away" Melanie stated hating that her little girl was growing up and off to college.
"Okay mommy I will, now I have about 1000 boxes to unpack so i'll talk to you later" Aaliyah explained to her mother before saying their goodbyes and hanging up.
Aaliyah sighed heavily looking at all the boxes with a bunch of things she had to put away. "I really don't feel like doing this" she thought aloud. Although she did not feel like touching a box at the moment, she still did and unpacked her stuff.
It had been about three hours and Aaliyah had made much progress. Already having all of her clothes and shoes put away in her closet. "Woo, I am tired" she stated wiping the sweat off of her forehead, hearing a knock on her door, already knowing who it was.
"Hi queen" Cali and Taylor said in sync holding chick-fil-a. "Hi girls" Aaliyah said trying to sound enthusiastic but she was honestly so tired and needed a break. She moved to the side so that the girls could enter her dorm.
"Damn, I should've gotten my own dorm" Taylor said sitting down on the floor. "Yeah same, I'm mad that I was put with someone I don't know when I could've been with Taylor" Cali said eating a waffle fry.
"I could've did with a roommate. Maybe they would've helped me with all this unpacking I have to do" Aaliyah added before drinking some of her lemonade. "We can always trade you know" Cali said with a slight smirk. "Yeah, no thank you. I love being alone." Aaliyah said giggling a bit. Cali groaned.
"I don't understand why we have classes tomorrow, like we just got here" Cali said causing the girls to nod their heads in agreement. "Yeah, I don't know if i'm going honestly" Aaliyah spoke. The two girls looked at eachother with a 'girl please' face before turning to look at Aaliyah.
"Now girl you know damn well" Taylor said before all the girls burst into laughter. "You right, i'm going" Aaliyah replied in honesty.
The girls continued to sit in eachother's company. Talking about random things, gossiping and venting included.
"Yeah I don't really know about Uconn." Cali said frowning a little. "I just miss my man, and the fact that he's a whole 22hours away makes everything worse" Cali sighed, shooting her head back before letting out a loud whine.
"Oh my gosh, have yall seen the women's basketball team?" Taylor asked, the girls shaking their heads no. Taylor looked through her phone before showing the girl's the Uconn women's basketball team instagram.
"Type shi" Cali responded after looking through some of the photos. Aaliyah wasn't really interested in the account, finishing her curl before pinning it up.
Cali began watching a video on the account. She was laughing at little bit, a smile plastered on her face. "What's funny?" Aaliyah asked suddenly interested in the account.
Looking down to see a girl holding a mini mic, talking to her teammate. Watching a small part of the video she began laughing too. The girl was funny that's for sure. Aaliyah realized that she needed to finish curling her hair before watching anymore.

It was the following day and Aaliyah already went to her two classes that she had. The other classes being online while some were still being figured out.
She walked into her dorm, putting her bag down before sitting at her desk and checking her messages.

Aaliyah grabbed her purse and her camera, heading out of her dorm, walking to the cafe.
When she arrived she seen Taylor and Cali already sitting down with their computers out. She sat down next to Cali, setting up her tripod and her computer. She needed to get as much content out as she could, with that came her bringing her camera along for everything.
The girls were chatting while doing their schoolwork before hearing a loud "OUUUUUUU" causing Aaliyah to jump. She looked around to see a blonde girl walking up to her laughing a bit. "My bad, I am so sorry" the girl said holding a piece of bread in her hand.
"Bread ain't never that good" Aaliyah replied laughing a little at the whole situation. "It is, c'mere, come try it" the blonde stated motioning for Aaliyah to follow her. Aaliyah looked at her friends seeing they had a 'getchu some' look on their faces, causing her to roll her eyes before following the blonde towards the food.
"Look, there it go right there. Get one and try it." she said smiling at her. "Say, KK come see. I'm putting her on" the girl said smirking watching as Aaliyah got the bread.
KK came over with the camera, showing Aaliyah biting a piece of the bread before her eyes lit up. "Okayy" Aaliyah said giggling a little bit. "What I say?" the blonde asked more towards her friend rather than Aaliyah. "It's good ain't it" the brownskin girl asked causing Aaliyah to shake her head 'yes.' The girls laughed.
Aaliyah grabbed a plate and put two more pieces of bread on it for her friends, watching as the girls did funny actions due to how good the bread was.
She sat down at the table, seeing her friends give her a look. "No" Aaliyah said before handing them bread. "Anyways, try it. It's so good" she told the girls before they picked up one each and ate the bread.
"Oh it is good" Cali said shoving the rest of it in her mouth. "It's ight" Taylor said making a face. "You don't like shit" Aaliyah said laughing at the girl's face knowing her friend was very picky.
"Wait, ain't that the basketball team right there?" Cali asked remembering some of the faces from the video she watched last night. "Yup and Aaliyah over there sharing 'fuck me' eyes with em already" Taylor replied. "No I was not" Aaliyah said rolling her eyes continuing to eat her bread.
"It's okay boo, we all seen and felt the tension too" Cali said rubbing the girl's back. "Y'all are delusional" Aaliyah said before turning on her camera.
