"Okay now when we go in here, don't start no shit and definitely don't bring up Ivee" Taylor said pointing at the girls as they walked to the front door. "What if she's he-" Aaliyah was beginning to say before the door opened.

"Oh shit" Aaliyah said seeing both Nika and Ivee at the door. "Hey girls" Nika said happily. "Heyy" the three said in unison. Each of them gave Nika a side hug before Nika cleared her throat.

"Oh this is my friend Ivee" Nika said causing the girls to say hi and Ivee greet them back. "Come in" Nika said walking away. "Friend...already?" Aaliyah questioned causing the girls to chuckle.

Entering the door the girls were met with Aubrey and Q who were on their phones, sitting on the couch. "Hey Bre and Q" Taylor said smiling going over to hug the two girls. The two greeted her back as well as Aaliyah and Cali.

"Where is the food?" Aaliyah asked putting her bag down. "Damn can you speak first" KK said coming her way. "KK!!!" Aaliyah said cheesing before hugging her. "I missed you twin" KK said causing Aaliyah to giggle. "I missed you too" Aaliyah responded pulling away.

"Don't ever leave us like that again" KK said starting to fake cry. "Girl boo..." Aaliyah said before seeing a certain someone walk into the living room.

It was obviously Paige. She had her head down looking at something on her phone before picking her head up when she reached KK. "KK yo-" Paige started off before seeing Aaliyah. Her face was unreadable while Aaliyah felt her face instantly get hot.

"Hey" she spoke. "Hey" Aaliyah responded before hearing KK interrupt. "Can yall hug or sum, shit" she said mugging the two causing everyone to laugh before Paige reached out her hands and Aaliyah accepted.

The hug was small at first before Paige pulled her in closer and held on tightly. "Paige!" Ivee yelled from the kitchen causing Paige to sigh as she let Aaliyah go. "I'm coming" she yelled back going to the girl's beck and call.

Aaliyah went back over to the couch, sitting next to Taylor. "So Liyah, where you been sis?" Aubrey asked. "What do you mean?" Aaliyah questioned causing Aubrey to give her a 'girl you know what' look.

Aaliyah laughed "I been in BR" she said before hearing KK speak. "And you just didn't think to text us?" KK asked rolling her eyes playfully. "Don't take it personal boo, I was going through it" Aaliyah said chuckling.

"Yall hungry?" Nika yelled from the kitchen causing everybody to get up and respond with "YES."

"Oh my God, look at her running to that food" Taylor said laughing at Aaliyah who was quick to make her way into the kitchen. "Shut up" Aaliyah said pointing her middle finger.

The food was actually so good to the point where Aaliyah wanted to eat the actual plate. While eating, she felt the chair next to her being pulled out, looking over to see Paige setting her plate down and sitting next to her.

She gave the girl a small smile before listening in on Taylor and Cali's conversation. "Oh he ight" Cali said looking at Taylor's phone. When Cali was done looking at the phone, Taylor handed it to Aaliyah.

"Oh my" Aaliyah gasped out. Her mouth dropping which caused Paige to look over. "That man is fine. Is he even real?" Aaliyah asked zooming in on him. She kept scrolling through his pictures before feeling the phone being snatched out of her hand and handed back to Taylor.

She snapped her head towards Paige, watching as the girl side-eyed her while she continued to eat her food. "Why would you do that?" Aaliyah questioned. "You being thirsty" Paige said shrugging before getting on her phone.

"I wasn't, he's just fine" Aaliyah stated causing Paige to look at her. Paige was about to say something before Ivee came up behind her and wrapped her arms around her shoulders.

She started to whisper something into Paige's ear causing the girl's eyes to light up. Paige got up, throwing her plate away before Ivee grabbed her hand and led her up the stairs.

Aaliyah watched the entire thing, slowly getting more jealous. "You snooze, you lose" Taylor said moving in closer causing Aaliyah to roll her eyes. "I don't want her" Aaliyah said trying to convince Taylor and maybe even herself.

Taylor tilted her head "Girl do you even believe that?" she said causing Aaliyah to fold her arms. "Yes I do" Aaliyah said before turning away. "Yeah right. Better make a move now before it's really too late" Taylor said which caused Aaliyah to turn her head back towards her slowly.

"What do you mean too late?..." Aaliyah asked causing Taylor to laugh. "I mean they aren't dating, just "talking" and Paige isn't really even taking her seriously" Taylor said making air quotes. "Who told you that" Aaliyah questioned. "Nika duh" Taylor replied before Aubrey called her over.

Aaliyah wanted to run up the stairs immediately after hearing those words come out of Taylor's mouth. Her whole "not wanting Paige" facade was all an obvious act. She wanted the girl but she thought that sacrificing her happiness and self love would cause her to do much worse than what she did with her ex Angel.

But one thing about Aaliyah she did not play that second choice bullshit. She was not going to act on anything with Paige especially not while she's with someone so instead she calmed her nerves and decided to enjoy the rest of the party.
