Vincent was in the bistro, it being the next day. Currently, what, Friday? Vincent didn't know nor give a shit what day it was. He sighed and leaned against the counter. He at least knew the bistro would be open today. He heard the back, employees, door open. He turned his head and saw Rody. He didn't have a huge hangover like last time, he also took some medicine for the headache and sinuses issues. He got sinus issues after drinking. (Is that canon? No. Does that happen to me? Yes.) He furrowed his eyebrows. "Hey Rody."

Rody had his uniform on and looked overly happy. Wide smile and eyes. "Hey Vincent!!" He walked over. "I got the woman's name..." He giggled.

Vincent turned his head away when hearing about the... 'woman'. He cleared his throat and turned fully away from Rody. "Really?"

Rody nodded though Vincent wasn't looking. "Mhm!! Her name is Veronica." He giggled again, seemingly very pleased with himself.

"Ask... her on a date yet?" He hesitantly asked, trying to find something for him to do so he didn't seem so nervous or anything like that.

"Ah-" Rody paused. "Not yet" He laughed nervously and moved a hand to the back of his neck. "I don't know how to ask, I mean-" He sighed. "She seems interested in me and I really like her, a date would be the next step but I'm not sure what she'd like for a date." He shrugged, still despite Vincent not looking.

"Hmm" Vincent nodded and grabbed a clean rag, running in under hot water for a moment as he thought. What would I want for a date? God I haven't been on one since- He stopped that thought. "How about you just ask her to dinner or something like that? A classic date idea?" He suggested.

Rody was surprised by Vincent helping him come up with a date idea. "Oh, that's an idea but-" He smiled nervously and more wide. "I don't quite have the money for something fancy." He laughed nervously again.

Vincent expected that answer, he suspected most of Rody's money went to rent and bills then clothes and groceries. "Well, invite her back to your place for drinks so you can be somewhere more private and can talk to each other to know more about each other. So you can always know what to ask her out next time?" He muttered, "Just a suggestion..."

Rody paused again and slowly put his hand down, staring at the back of Vincent's head as Vincent started to wipe the kitchen counters. Even though the counters looked super clean. "That's a great idea! I mean-" He laughed, "I'll have to clean some thing up and hope she doesn't mind some of the mess but I think I'll do that!" He smiled confidently. "Thanks Vince!"

He smiled softly, hoping Rody couldn't see it. He sighed softly. "Im sure if she has genuine interest in you she won't mind anything." He kept his voice a mutter, now questioning something's. "Oh- You're welcome?" It sounded more like a question than an answer. "And it's Vincent or chef." He wiped the smile off his face as he turned his head to look at Rody with a cold glare, trying to keep up his act as a business owner.

Oh, god, am I falling for Rody? He looked away. That's ridiculous... being gay is a sin and very frowned upon. Well, so is cross-dressing and I still do that- Maybe I am gay? And for Rody... Now, kind of internally panicking, he cleared his throat. "The bistro will open soon and the chefs aren't here yet so why don't you go see if any of the dining room needs cleaning." He tried to not let his true emotions out when at work.
