The purple light reflected off the tiles from the magnificent window up above that although as magnificent as it was it didn't provide much light, of course, it wouldn't, this was the bottom layer of the castle of course, like the basement, where only stars were serving the Alaric had access to, and that was actually what Augustus was down here for, that and it would be better for him to not be seen to benefit the purple stars safety, for of course, he was once the enemy, and the reason they lost their beloved queen and eventually children with the promise tangled in between, the promise that he had broken.
Augustus was to be feared, to be cautious around so Milo's actions on sending him where very few purple stars could see sight of him, but the punishment was questionable, Augustus would be wrong to think this was a rightful punishment but maybe he should be grateful, he would be dead if Purple Stars weren't so merciful unlike most Red Stars.
Augustus was sent to do many tasks around until they felt fit, like basic cleaning, serving things, just anything that wouldn't grant him power or authority, so he was kept away from the weapons, and his powers were momently on a standstill, he couldn't access them, can't ignite them but there was no reason to so he didn't try prove that theory after all he was being watched 24/7.
With the many hours in silence, there was a lot of thinking to be done, from thinking back on his life before to thinking how elegant this place looked despite there being very few visits and out of the view of the world, one thing popped up so often was the conversation of his sentence, how he was granted this punishment rather than something more plausible, believable, it was something Augustus couldn't fully understand, even if this was Milo Alaric decisions and thoughts/morals he was speaking about...

"Augustus Hunts, Sir Alaric is ready to speak with you now"
Sir Alarics, Milo Alaric, that name wasn't one he could forget. Not for the fact he was now in charge of the Harmony Path after Annabelle, the queen's passing, but as something only he and his older sister, Ziana Hunts knew, not even Milo himself, or so he believed which made the broken promise more of a big deal, more heartbreaking. But Augustus would have to face this consequence and march forward and face the very guy, with the most power in all of Lianu, after all he's a purple star even as a side king his kind are seen more founding, even if the Red Stars try rebuttal against this it has shown purple stars have had more control in through history in which one time when they were ignited they were the ones that had the control over star which was the cause of the spilt because of the Red Stars dislike of this.
Red Stars have more physical strength but Purple Stars had the control, and the upper hand due to their many more advantages straight from birth, they were lucky. So Augustus should be a little terrified even if the guy was normally rather calm/chill, maybe because of what stars/people say.
The nicest people are the scariest when angry.
At least that's what he's heard, nice wasn't easy to come around in his lifetime.
No matter how he felt he was in no position to miss this hearing/meeting as he was led by two purple star guards to a double door fancy room which they opened in sync, to reveal not only was there Milo Alaric, planted in the centre with a stern look on his face they were multiple stars with the same faces, of course, they were here to judge his actions and fit the rightful and fitting punishment for him.
How hadn't Augustus figured that? This was a serious matter of cause.
"Augustus Hunts, please have a seat"
