Back at the base, everyone minus the captain gathered at the kitchen counter to watch their captain mercilessly slay the enemies, not daring to interrupt him to ask him if he was ok.

"Xiao Rui, did he eat anything today?" Xiao Pang whispered. Xiao Rui shook his head, unable to take his eyes off the captain.

"I hope Tong Yao comes home soon or else we'll lose two members of our team," Xiao Rui said. At the mention of Tong Yao's name, the clicking of the keyboard abruptly stopped. Everyone froze in fear until the sound of the clicking resumed. Everyone's lives had flashed before their eyes in those 60 seconds. Scared that they might actually lose their lives, they quickly left the base to avoid accidentally annoying their captain.

Shortly after they had left, there was a knock on the door. Lu Si Cheng had just finished a game and was looking over the stats when he heard the knock. When he didn't hear anyone going to open the door, he tore his eyes away from the computer screen and looked around to find that he was the only one there. He got up and went to open the door to find the bag he had given to Jin Yang in the morning dangling on the door knob as well as a plethora of shopping bags on the ground. HE let out a gentle smile as he was assured that his girl was taken care of that day, even if it wasn't him. He gathered all the bags on the ground as well as the dangling one and took it into the base. He closed the door and took the food bag into the kitchen. There was a note on top of the food containers.

He pocketed the note and quickly went upstairs to get his jacket then raced back down to get his phone and car keys. He searched his contacts for Tong Yao's favorite noodle place and called to place an order for takeouts. Then he rushed over to his car to pick up the food and head over to the hotel. As the elevator took him up to her floor, he was nervous. Would she let him in? Would she even open the door? A part of him wants her to check who was at the door but another part of him doesn't. He slowly made his way to her door. He took a deep breath and knocked.

Tong Yao was scrolling on her phone on the bed, exhausted from shopping with a shopaholic, when she heard the door knock. Curious she got up and went to the door. Did Jin Yang forget something? She opened the door to the sight of the person she did not expect. The person who she was trying to hide from. How did he find her? She had a sneaking suspicion that Jin Yang had something to do with this. That traitor. Whatever happened to friends before guys? She wanted to close the door on him but her body refused to move. She can only stare at him speechlessly. She studied his face. His eyes were sunken in and there were bags underneath. So he couldn't sleep either. His stubble was visible, a sign he hasn't even bothered to shave. He looked tired and desperate. He was still in sweats meaning he must have rushed here from the base.

Lu Si Cheng was relieved she had opened the door. He stared at her, for once in his life, unsure what to say. She didn't have eye bags which meant she had slept but her face was slightly puffy. She must have cried herself to sleep. How his heart hurts. She looked nervous.

"Ch-Cheng Ge," she said nervously. He could only nod. She stepped aside and gestured for him to come in. Grateful, he went in and walked towards the table and set up the food for her. Tong Yao slowly approached the table and saw that he had gotten the noodles from her favorite noodle place, which was across town from the hotel she was staying at.

"Come, eat," he said gently when everything was set out. When he saw that she had taken a seat, he looked around until he spotted the fridge. Figuring the yogurt drinks were probably placed there and took 3 long strides over and opened it. He found a bottle of milk alongside the fridge and figured that would be much better. He took the milk and poured it into the glass that was on the counter nearby. He brought the glass to Tong Yao and placed it next to the bowl of noodles in front of her and took a seat in front of her seat
