ZYAIRE'S POV
We were currently on our way to see my little mates.. caregivers. I couldn't stand them and I knew I should have killed them the day me and Axl went to collect what was ours, but Axl told me that would only slow the process of Koa accepting us as his mates. I already am impatient as is, so waiting any longer would not be acceptable. I swear if it wasn't for Axl I would have done things I'd regret by now.
"We're here," Axl said after he had just teleported from our world to this one. My eyes remained on Koa, watching his change in mood. I could tell he grew tired from shifting worlds, it does a lot to your body if you are not a dragon or high ranking species. I felt a strong urge to grab him and keep him for myself, but I knew I couldn't. I have to share.
"Bringing him here was a bad idea. What if he got out, what if he got hurt? You need to keep him tied to our side at all times, never giving him the chance to escape. I say we cut off his legs so he would never have the chance to-"
I quickly shut out my dragon from saying anything else. He was being a bad example and my temptations were already hard enough to suppress as is. I knew I could trust Axl in holding him tight enough, but I couldn't help but continue watching him. We were both very anxious about letting him out of his room, let alone back into his actual world. The thoughts got to me and I quickly walked up beside them, grabbing Koa's arm for extra precaution. I could tell this eased Axl's mind a little more. "It's that house right there," Koa pointed out. We both obviously knew where he lived but proceeded to act like he helped.
He began smiling and tried to wiggle out of our hands to go himself, but we both grabbed onto him in a tighter possessive grip. The calming pills we slipped in his food were working but I still wish I bit my venom into him for it to make an actual difference.
He had four trackers on, one chipped inside of him that we implanted one day in his sleep, another on his collar, one in his pocket, and the last built into his shock collar, none which he knew of. He also had his chained leash on and of course the built in features in his collar helped too. It had a tracking system, microphone, a camera, and a body system that helped alert what was going on with his body, either that being what he is feeling mind wise or body wise. It alerted us if his blood pressure was too high or low, his heart rate, his body temperature, what his brain is feeling which can be nervous, anxious, happy, or others, and much more. Though, he didn't know this yet but dragons do feel and smell everything about their mates, though we both knew he could smell our emotions too.
As soon as we stepped on the porch he somehow managed to get out of our grip and race to the door trying to open it. This scared the shit out of the both of us as we both grabbed him and pulled him back, accidentally hurting him in the process. He struggled which hurt him even more, causing his arm to bruise and his hip to crash into me. "Koa." I grabbed his face and forced him to look directly into my eyes. "Stop acting up or we will take you right back," I said firmly, making sure he knew who was in charge. His face grew red and I could see the tears forming in his eyes, but it couldn't be helped. "Easy now. Him being back home might be making him act up and forget what he has learned." Axl tried calming us both down in our mate link, but it didn't really help. I was about to say we just needed to take him back and forget this, but the door was suddenly slammed open. A woman stood on the other side, and I recognized her as one of his mothers.
"Mom-" Koa immediately tried leaving our grip again to get to her. I watched as the tears he was holding in finally came crashing down. He started bawling and that's when Axl ripped my arms off him and let him go without asking me first. He ran up and hugged onto her, almost knocking her down. We took a step forward and watched them both very closely, not taking our eyes off him. "I-" she started stuttering before she grabbed onto him and moved him to the side, surprising him in the process. It wasn't long before his other mother came down the stairs, his submissive mother, and as soon as she walked down she looked at him with wide eyes before turning away. He looked defeated. "Mom-.."
