It was a really bad habit but drinking like cana felt like a joyride for me sometimes. I obviously not like her since I have to set an example for my child, but once in a while couldnt hurt.
Nashi and I were at the guild, where she was with her friends and I am with the girls hanging out. I just watch them chatting away while I was lost at thought.
They know we both suffered alone, they know we cope loss in a different way and doesnt push the line much to my relief. I just wished I had my love ones and I wouldnt be so different, so effective person who trying to move on, but just couldnt.
"You okay Lu-chan?" Levy gave me a worried look as she was holding her swollen belly. She was four months pregnant with Gajeels child which was very clear. She must not worry too much cause it was bad for the unborn child.
So of course I do my best, I lied "Yes just thinking but no worries I am fine" I smiled at my friend who gave me a smile "Thats what I like to hear Lu-lu" she said giving me a look.
When she turned back, my smile faded slightly as I heavy a quiet sigh.
How much more could I take...lying to my friends that I am okay?
