An Amateur Author's Note: Uhm, hello there! It's been a while since I've last posted an episode, hasn't it..? [Chuckles]. Please forgive me for the lack of updates. I've been quite booked/busy with my everyday life... We've finally arrived at the end of the first season! Congratulations!!

Since both episodes 09 and 10 were destined to be the first two-part finale episodes of the first season, they'll take a bit longer than expected to complete. The episodes number count will surpass my average 4000+ word count, so please bare with me, however the format of the episodes will remain the same, so it's digestible for the audiences.

With that out of the way, please enjoy the episodes and thank you so much for reading my series. It really means a lot to me.

Seated comfortably in the dimly lit living room of his home, a stoic and muscular man found a rare moment of tranquillity. He reclined on the couch, tablet in hand, with a glass of Don Julio tequila resting on the elegant coffee table. On the outside, the storm raged, lightning casting dramatic silhouettes through the room, but inside was noticeably calm.

His tablet illuminated his lower face as he studied the local news, reading about Lilac Rose's two beloved and celebrated heroes, Black Diamond and Wonder Spade. The man casually strolled through blog posts and articles, watching clips of Black Diamond and Wonder Spade in action.

Pausing the current video, the man's expression remained the same, staring at Black Diamond-blank yet cold. The man placed aside his tablet and picked up the notebook he used to document his prey, Wonder Spade and Black Diamond. He meticulously examined his previous observation of both card heroes, reminiscent of the Parisian animal-themed heroes, Ladybug and Chat Noir, but with their unique traits.

Wonder Spade [The Rookie]

▪ Strengths

• Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving abilities. Wonder Spade's problem-solving prowess is highlighted during high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional acrobatics and agility. Wonder Spade moves with precision and displays an uncanny ability to navigate and traverse through complex obstacles and evade enemies' attacks.

▪ Weaknesses

• Battles with his insecurities. Probably low self-esteem and an inferiority complex.

• Lacks any form of combat ability. [However, he makes up for that issue with his exceptional intelligence].

• Wonder Spade is overexerting his body, leaving himself fatigued. After using 2-3/4 of his super ability, Wonder Spade's excessive physical exertion results in exhaustion, rendering him less effective during extended confrontations demanding physical efforts. [02] With his new medical prowess, Wonder Spade has shown overexerting himself to the point unconsciousness upon use. [The reasoning behind this issue is that Wonder Spade's still in-experience and forcing his medical prowess to be effective].

▪ Attributes

• His empathy and compassion for many victims previously transformed into villains.

• Showed an ability to make the most of available resources and applied to his problem-solving and adaptability.

• Possesses a sharp and quick mind, allowing him to adapt to ever-changing situations and develop solutions. [Theoretically, Wonder Spade should have an eidetic memory].
