The next day, Naruto was feeling optimistic as he walked up to the Kent house, carrying the dulce de leche cheesecake he had made with Kara. It was carefully placed in a container, protected from the elements as he approached the front door and knocked.

The door opened to reveal Clark Kent, who greeted him with a friendly yet curious expression. "Hello, can I help you?"

Naruto, recognizing him from descriptions and photos he'd seen around Kara's place, smiled broadly. "Hi, I'm Naruto Uzumaki. I've heard a lot about you, Mr. Kent. Your family speaks very highly of you."

Clark smiled in return, extending his hand for a handshake. "And I've heard about you, too. My mother mentioned a charming young man living near Kara's age. Welcome, Naruto."

Naruto chuckled, "Well, being charming is a quality attribute but sometimes a curse." His comment lightened the mood further, prompting a bit of laughter from Clark, who found Naruto's demeanor quite amusing.

Just then, Kara, overhearing the conversation, burst into the room excitedly exclaiming, "Naruto!" In her enthusiasm, she somewhat comically pushed her father aside with a hand to his face, her eyes fixated on the cheesecake Naruto was holding.

Kara moved protectively in front of Naruto, eyeing the cheesecake. "Stay back! This is a sin of gluttony waiting to happen," she declared playfully.

Clark, amused by her dramatics, raised his hands in mock surrender, stepping back with a laugh.

Kara then turned to Naruto, feigning shock, "I don't know what you're talking about, Naruto. I have absolutely no idea why you'd think I'd be after your cheesecake."

Naruto grinned, playing along with her act, "Oh, really? Well, just to be safe, maybe we should get this cheesecake to the table before it mysteriously disappears."

They all laughed as they moved into the kitchen, where Naruto set the cheesecake down. He began to explain how he and Kara had made it together, sharing a story here and there about their little cooking adventure. The atmosphere was warm and jovial, with Clark listening intently and occasionally glancing at Kara, who couldn't help but sneak peeks at the cheesecake, her anticipation barely contained.

Then Naruto saw Martha and Jonathan Kent enter the room.

Naruto: (smiling) Hello, Mrs. and Mr. Kent.

Martha: (warmly) Hello, Naruto.

Jonathan: (nodding) Good to see you, kid.

Naruto: Same. I came by to bring something for you guys for being so nice to me. So, I brought you a tres leches cheesecake.

Martha: (touched) Oh, how sweet of you.

Kara comically popped up behind him.

Kara: And I helped him make it.

Jonathan: (raising an eyebrow) You helped? How much did you burn the kitchen?

Kara crossed her arms and frowned.

Kara: I didn't burn the kitchen...this time.

Naruto: (raising an eyebrow) Ok, is that something I need to worry about in the future when she cooks?

Clark: (raising a finger) Always have fire extinguishers close by.

Kara slapped her cousin on the shoulder, frowning at him. Clark chuckled, and Naruto laughed.

Naruto: Hahahaha. I'll make sure to have that next time.

Kara: (glaring, deadpan) I hate you, both of you.
