I WAS REALLY excited for today because i was going to be hanging out with javon. not his siblings, not with rory, just us two. not as a date, but just a small hang out. it had already been a week since the whole "jealousy" thing, but i never mentioned it to him.

i was currently looking in the mirror, trying to make sure I looked good, for me of course. "don't stress is clem, you look beautiful," rory said, reassuring me.

"thank you ror, im gonna head out now, see you later," i responded making her nod before hugging me wrapping both her arms around my neck, mine going around her waist. we both pulled away before i walked out, waving bye.

i got into my car and drove to the walton family house. once i got there, i texted javon i was there and he was instantly outside, almost like he has been watching me through the window. wait no...that's something i would do, not him...right?

"let me drive clem, i"ll keep you and your car safe, i promise," he asked with a wink making me let out a laugh before getting out of the car and wrapping him in a hug. my arms around his neck, his around my waist, picking me up due to the height difference.

"put me down before i change my mind about letting you drive," he had instantly put me down, i really did wish we could stay like that forever. i walked to the passenger side, getting in while he was in the driver seat.

the both of us were just talking throughout the car ride, or singing to certain songs that came on. after about 20 minutes of driving, we pulled up to chick fil a, yum, my favorite.

"do you want your usual?" he asked looking at me, making me nod. he remembers what i get from here, green flag. javon ordered our food and we just got it, of course im jumping in as soon as the bag reaches my hands.

"let's go to the beach, yeah?" he asked making me nod my head yes. the beach, my favorite food, and my favorite boy, all in one day, yes please. i never knew i could find him driving so attractive... one hand on the steering wheel and the other resting on the arm rest.

gosh, the hold this man has on me. we pulled up to the beach and i got the food out, while javon grabbed a towel he found in my backseat. you never know what you'll find in my car, im always prepared everywhere i go, but i spend lots of time in my car.

he layed the towel out on top of the sand, both of us sitting on it while grabbing our food, instantly eating out. we then started to just have small conversations while looking out at the water, enjoying the sounds of the waves due to there being barely anyone at the beach.

"so, whats the deal with you and jaden?" he asked which made me choke on one of my fries. "uhh nothing i mean we're just good friends, why?" "just asking, i mean, you guys seem pretty close, like you're dating." he clenched his jaw.

"yeah no thank you, he can stay a friend, not anything more than that." i responded making him nod. we finished out food, and thankfully the topic had finally changed.

"i'll race you to the water." i said, taking my shoes off. "we all know whose gonna w-" i cut him off, taking off towards the water. he instantly followed behind me, but i of course made it to the water first. "you cheated." he said while playfully shoving me.
