Dean let out a dramatic sigh. He had arrived at the shit show, also known as Stanford University. Everyone was walking around the large campus with ease. Seeing it was the 2nd quarter of the school year, that was normal. He didn't want to be here and didn't see the point. A college degree is basically a really fancy piece of paper in a frame, but John insisted. Since Sam was in college, Dean should be as well. Luckily for Dean, he would only be there for 2 years. His dad pulled some strings to get him advanced since he knew so much about cars. "Dean!" Someone yelled his name. Dean instantly recognized the voice and turned around. "Sammy!" Dean exclaimed. When he turned around, he was met with his younger brother's ear-to-ear grin as Sam came in for a hug. "It's so good to see you, man!" Dean said as he pulled Sam into a hug. He hasn't seen Sam since he got the acceptance letter. Not like Dean blames him. Sam and their dad got into a huge fight. John's opinion at first was Sam was abandoning the family. Then, after Sam's departure, John saw it as a great success. Even went as far as to brag about Sam to his friends.
"How are you doing?" Sam asked after pulling away from the hug. "Horrible now that I'm here," Dean said. "Come on! It's not that bad." Sam said. "You might make friends or find a special someone." Adding to the last part with a sing-song voice with a little teasing tone to it, making Dean flush in the face. Sam laughed. "Boy, you should see your face!" He exclaimed. "It was just a joke. Also, speaking of friends, I want to re-introduce you to some people." Sam said. Dean wondered what he meant by that as he saw two people walk over. One of them was a red-headed girl who looked way too young to be in college and the other was a tall and, for lack of a better term, brick wall of a man. They looked vaguely familiar.
"This is Charlie and Benny," Sam said, introducing the two people. "You met them at my college party, remember?" Then it hit Dean. Of course! He had seen Sam after his acceptance letter at that party. He was honestly surprised that Sam even went to parties. "Yes! Of course! I had forgotten." Dean said. "I'm not surprised," said the redhead that Dean now recognized as Charlie. "You were super drunk." The brick wall, also known as Benny, nodded in agreement. "You almost fell in the pool. Thankfully someone caught you." Benny told Dean. Dean was a little shocked at that information. He does not remember that event taking place. And he knows he was probably drunk but he has never been that drunk before. "I still don't remember that part," Dean said with a little laugh.
"Well, I'm going to leave you guys to it," Sam interjected. "I need to get to class, and so do you, Dean. No skipping class! I will know!" Dean groaned in response. "Fine. See you later." Dean said as Sam started to walk away. "Bitch!" Dean yelled at him. "Jerk!" Sam yelled in response. Dean turned back to his newest associates. "So, what class do we have first?" Dean asked with a lack of interest in his voice. "Mechanics first!" Charlie said. "And don't worry. I think you will like Professor Novak. He's super cool." She said while walking away with Benny. Dean followed behind. "We'll see," he muttered to himself as he walked to his class with only the goal of trying to receive the lost memories from that mysterious college party and the despair of even being on the school campus.
