Y/n's POV
I walked down the long hallway filled with sweaty students. I made my way to my locker feeling the warm metal on my skin, causing me to cringe.
"Hey, Y/n!" I heard someone yell from behind me
I turned around to see Jenna running up to me with a smile on her face.
"What's up?" I asked as she stood beside me
"I just got some news," She grinned, clasping her hands together
"Oh yeah?" I asked putting in my locker combo
"Yeah, Brooke is having a pool party and is inviting a couple of people, we're invited!" She spoke, tapping my shoulder
I nodded as I pulled my locker open, "We need that-" I stopped mid-sentence as I watched a folded-up, light pink piece of paper fall out of my locker and onto the ground
"What's that?" Jenna asked
I picked it up, shrugging my shoulders as I opened it.
"You looked so pretty today, the way you were lost in that book, and the way you smiled when you read something you liked. I wanted to tell you today just how much I like you but I couldn't find the courage to do it. Maybe one day I'll do it. You are an angel, Y/n."
I let out a giggle as I handed Jenna the note. She read it out loud and laughed.
"You have a secret admirer?! That's so cute!" She yelled
"I guess? Kinda creepy," I spoke stuffing the note inside my purse slinging my book bag over my shoulder, and closing my locker
"Wonder who it is?" Jenna spoke curiously as she walked out of school with me
TIME SKIP
I looked at myself in the mirror as I stood in my bathing suit. I put on a shirt and some jean shorts on top.
I then put on some sandals and grabbed my bags.
Brook decided to just let everyone stay the night since it was Friday.
"Hurry up slow poke!" Jenna yelled from the bottom of my stairs
"One second!" I yelled back, running down the stairs
I reached the bottom and saw my mom and Jenna speaking, "Oh honey, I love you so much, please be careful, and if you or Jenna need anything call me, okay?" She spoke hugging me and Jenna
"Yes, Maria."
"We will Mom," I smiled walking out of the door with Jenna
"I LOVE YOU BOTH!!" My mom screamed out the front door causing me and Jenna to laugh
"LOVE YOU TOO!!" Me and Jenna screamed back, getting in the car and driving off
TIME SKIP
We pulled up to Brooks's house and parked the car. We are pretty good friends with Brook, been friends since Middle school.
We grabbed our things and walked into the house as the front door was wide open.
"OH MY GOD HIIIII!!" Brook screamed as she ran and pulled me and Jenna into a tight hug
Me and Jenna laughed as we pulled away from the hug, "Hi Brookieee," I smiled placing my bags on the ground
"Oh hold on- MASONNNN!!" Brooke screamed causing me to hiss
Soon footsteps could be heard running down the stairs, "Yeah?" Mason spoke walking up to Brook, stopping in his tracks when he made eye contact with me
