River Pov:
We were all sitting on the curb still letting the rain pour on us. Then Karl got an idea.
"Guys you know what? We should have a sleepover." Karl suggests. "That's not a bad Idea" Alex states. "Are you in , River" Nick asks me and I just nod a simple yes. I walked to my apartment and grabbed some cloths and then I went back out to the curb.
We all began to walk to the house that Nick said that all five of them lived in. We walked for a long time till we made it and we entered the house.
It was a tall cozy house that was surprisingly clean. I went to the bathroom and changed into fresh not wet cloths before going back downstairs to sit next to Nick.
We sat pretty close and he put his arm around me. I mean I didn't mind but it was a bit weird.
We all decided to watch a movie. We just watched Sweet Tooth till everyone was tired. I was just planning on sleeping on the couch but Nick picked me up bridal style and placed me on his bed and he laid next to me.
He moved the hair out of my face and gave me a kiss on the fore head. I felt my face heat up. He just giggled and rolled over.
I had Insomnia and it was normally hard to sleep but oddly enough I was able to fall asleep pretty quickly.
I woke up, it was still dark out but Nick was sitting up. "River, do you want to go watch the sunrise with me?" He asked I just nodded and stood up. He handed me a hoodie and I pulled it over my head. It smelt like him. His sent was addictive. Like a drug.
We went out to the front porch and just left the door open. We took a seat on the cold wet stairs and I leaned my head on Nick shoulder.
He slowly grabbed my chin to make me look at him. He held my chin softly but before anything happened we heard footsteps coming down the stairs.
We both quickly pulled away before anyone could see.
