"It is going to rain today, I guess." Alex spoke, and Aisha nodded.

While cleaning the dishes, she responded, "Yeah."

"How is your father, Aisha?"

"He is alright now." Aisha grinned.

"Ohhh... "

"I take it that your parents are business tycoons?"

" Yeah. "

"Okay. "

"Hey Aisha!" Yasmin, Alex's mother, came in.

"Hi mam! "

"Aisha, tell me, how did you make that sweet porridge? "

"Oh, mam. It's just a simple dish. "

"I really loved it. I would like to learn how to make that. Didn't you like it, Alex? "

"Yes mom! "

"See, Now tell me how to make it. "

Aisha started explaining how to make the sweet porridge.

While Alex was so focused on her that he didn't realise that a lizard fell on his shoulder.

"Milyy, your shoulder!" Alex smiled as she called him Milyy, but then he felt something on his shoulder.

"AHHH!!!" He yelled loudly. Aisha carefully swiped the lizard off his shoulder.

"Ah, thank you."

"Your welcome."

"Erhmm, Milyy?" Aisha, why are you calling him that? Yasmin lifted an eyebrow at him.

"Uhh, mom-" Alex considered what to say.

Just then, Lakshmi and Manushika entered.

"Hey Yasmin, come lets see our album."

"Yes mum, you should see it." Thank God, he mumbled.

Yasmin gave Alex a look like, 'Explain me later.'

"Hmm, shall we go now, Aisha?" Alex asked Aisha before she could inquire why his mother had asked her that question.

"Yeah okay." She packed her luggage and accompanied Alex on her return journey home.

"Shall I come to your house?"

"Um yeah sure, why not?"

" Okay! "

As the rain had stopped, they decided to walk to her house because the road was too small for a car.

Then they needed to cross a brook.

"Wow, this place is heavenly!"

"Thank you." Aisha remarked with a bright smile.

"Come, let's cross the stream."

"But the log over the stream is way too thin."

"Are you afraid that you will fall?"

"No, I am not. I'm Grigor Alex, the brave man!"

"Oh really?" Aisha teased him.

" Yeah. "

"Then let's see."

Both of them began walking on the narrow wood that was kept over the creek.

Aisha crossed the water as she always did, knowing how to do so. But Alex found it too challenging.

He lost his footing and fell into the creek.

"Hahhahaa!!" Aisha began laughing at hapless Alex.

" Yah! Do not laugh. The log was slippery! "

" Is it slippery? Is it? Hahahaha! " Alex grinned at how Aisha mocked him. I mean, dude is in love.

"Now, are you done?"

"Yes yes!" Aisha said while gripping her tummy.

"Then help me now!" Aisha nodded and extended her hand to pull him up.

But Alex had something different in mind. He pushed her into the water as well and began laughing.

" Hahahahhahah! Now speak, madam!" He kept laughing while Aisha pouted.

"That's unfair!"

"That's not!"

"Now how will we get there?"

" Easy! " Alex stated. He easily placed his palm on the stream's edge and exited the fast-flowing stream.

Then he extended his hand to Aisha and drew her to him. Their bodies almost collided in the cold weather. Both of them were completely drenched. For the first time, they were so close together that they could feel each other's breath. Alex initially saw her bright eyes, then her wet lips, which he was trying hard not to kiss. He immediately glanced aside and drew her to the other side.

"Erhm, let's go!" Alex said something clumsily.

" Yeah."

"God, I love her!"
