Aisha was dropped by Alex at her house. And the rain was just about to start. Their faces were blasted by the chilly wind, and their hair was flying everywhere. Aisha was still asleep when Alex glanced at her, but she gradually opened her eyes.

"Umm, you can drop me."

"No, I won't." Alex made fun of it. While walking with Aisha in his arms, Alex was preoccupied and failed to notice that she had flushed cheeks already.

"Milyy, drop me here."

"Since you called me sweetly, I will."

"It's almost about to rain."

"Yes. Isn't this weather romantic?" Glancing at the clouds, Alex enquired.

Aisha splattered water from the stream and said, "Hmm."

"I really love this place that it even came in my dream."

"Oh my goodness? What dreamt you about it back then?"

"That the same weather was present when you and I were sitting beneath the tree. Your father was here as well."

"Ohh" Aisha grinned.

"By the way, how is your father doing?"

"He is fine, taking medicines regularly."

"Umm, if you are free next Sunday, I can help you."

"Help-?"

"Yeah, I will take both of you to a good hospital."

"Actually, there is no need of that-"

"There is a need, Aisha!" Pulling in closer to Aisha, Alex said.

"Don't worry, I am always there for you and your father."

Aisha uttered, "Thank you..."

"Umm Aisha.."

"Hmm.."

"Your hair.."

Alex gently tucked in the strands of hair that had fallen across her face.

Both of their breaths were felt by each other.

"Bye," Alex uttered. Aisha came back to the reality.

"Byee Milyy."

"Goodbye. Be careful."

"You too."

Then Aisha waved to him good-bye. Turned to head to her house after that. When she saw the shoes and sandals of the people she knew, her smile fell. She did anticipate their return at any time to her home. Hastily entering the house, she considered her father's security. Whether or not she is harmed is irrelevant to her. She just wants her father to watch out for her.

"Appa!" She let out a cry.

"Oh so you returned?" stated Bhamini.

"What do you want?!" Aisha bellowed.

"Of course we want you, and who was this guy? What is his name?

"Why are you curious about his identity? Keep him out of our affairs." Aisha spoke up.

"Wow, how much did he give you to defend his name?"

"Chee, do you think of me like that?" Aisha enquired of the woman.

"Of course, and I see changes in you." Bhamini moved towards Aisha.

"Where is my father?" Aisha bellowed.

"Stupid, don't scream." My ears hurt.

"Tell me where is my father?!"

"We won't do anything to your father-"

Aisha quickly opened the door when she heard someone knocking. Seeing her neighbours gave her relief.

"Aisha, what's wrong?" Physician Bhavya enquired.

Aisha indicated that she is in danger with her eyes. Bhavya recognized.

"Who are you, lady? Hello? And what brings you here?" The kind woman, whom earlier Aisha talked about to Alex, asked. Gauri is her name, though.

With a sly smile, Bhamini passed letting Aisha know that there would be dire repercussions if she told the truth. However, Aisha was confidently staring back at her.

"We are, umm... We are Aisha's relatives."

"That we came to know, now leave."

"Yes, we were going to head out. Please come, son. Come on, let's go." When Bhamini called her son, they both went there and exchanged death looks.

"Amma..." Aisha gave Gauri a hug.

"How are you doing, my love? Did they cause you any harm?"

"No-"

"If they come by again, please give me a call. I'm going to give the police a call."

"It's okay Bhavya sir, they won't come again I guess."

"You both need to move from these place."

"But to where?"

"I'll investigate that further. Be at ease."

"But-"

"Aisha, in this case you have listen to us."

"Yes Aisha, he is right." stated Gauri.

"And let's do one thing."

"Hmm?"

"You stay in mother's house and your father will stay in my house."

"Won't it be inconvenient to you?"

"Nah." Aisha gave them a smile.

"Life is not what you think it is." Aisha told herself.
