ROSS'S POV
Ross: hey Juliet
I open the glass doors of my balcony to my not only neighbour, but best friend.
???: Romeo
Ross: thanks for the hey back Laur
I fake upset, she just giggles.
Laura and I aren't dating not even close, I'm not like Romeo, I don't have a solid chick, maybe for like a day but I move on quickly.
Laura and I call each other Romeo and Juliet, because when I first met her she was reading it and ever since I have called her Juliet and, Remeo just kinda caught onto me.
Laura: hi Romeo
Laura and I are just talking on our balconies, the builders made a mistake and put my balcony on the wrong side of the house and mine and Laura's balconies are like two rulers apart, which is pretty cool, I can just jump it.
I here screaming when I turn around I see Rydel, but my heart is already having a heart attack.
Ross: what's wrong?
I ask pulling her into a hug.
Rydel: mom said no girls today!
She seems mad, I need to explain before she kills me, I haven't told anyone about Laura, I just don't want my brothers to scare her away, she's the only girl that isn't all over me and my charm doesn't work on her.
Laura: actually I'm on MY balcony and I'm your neighbour.
Rydel: really?!?
Rydel walks away from me, getting out of my grip, to Laura.
Rydel: a girl, Ross hasn't hooked up with!
Ross: hey, I don't sleep with them!
Laura: you just admitted to being a virgin.
Ross: so are you Marano.
Rydel: shut it
I hear Laura giggle and I just smile at that she found that funny, I think anyways.
Rydel: what are you doing tomorrow?
LAURA'S POV
Rydel just asked me what I'm doing tomorrow, I don't understand why she would want to hangout with me, I mean, I'm hideous, I have glasses and braces, and I have pimples absolutely everywhere, ugly cloths, I'm not very rich.
Laura: uhh nothing
Rydel: wanna go to the mall?
Laura: I would love to.
Rydel: give me your phone.
She demands but I hand her my flip phone, she examines it for a minute, then I see her shrug and put her number in.
She hands it back to me and skips out of Ross's room.
Rydel: BTW DINNERS READY.
She calls from the hall.
Laura: bye Romeo
I walk back into my room, closing the doors before he can answer.
