The secret

Atlanta

She rushes out of the office, makes it home, and starts packing everything she needs. Once she's done, she heads to the airport, determined to arrive early and not be late. *6 HOURS LATER* The airline attendant announces, "Please line up to board the plane. We'll be taking off in 20 minutes." Melissa joins the line, stowing her bag in the overhead compartment and keeping her computer close by her seat near the window.

*1 HOUR LATER* Melissa takes out her computer, ready to start researching Chris Wood and jotting down ideas in her notebook. After landing in Atlanta, Melissa woke up and disembarked from the plane. She made her way to the train station and hopped on a train. Upon reaching her destination, she found a nearby hotel and made a reservation. As she settled into her room, she began unpacking her belongings. Feeling the need to freshen up, she took a refreshing shower and washed her hair. After drying off, she put on a cozy robe and brushed her teeth. Finally, she emerged from the bathroom and climbed onto the comfortable bed. Opening her computer, she started searching for a schedule for the following day.

Once she had gathered the necessary information, she closed her computer and drifted off to sleep. NEXT DAY. Melissa woke up and got dressed in a stylish outfit. She chose a dark green long jacket to go with her black dress, and accessorized with some gold jewelry. she headed to Starbucks. she gives her new boss a call. He shared some information about their favorite coffee preferences. Melissa couldn't help but mumble under her breath, "Ew, Chris likes black coffee." It seems like everyone else in the office prefers iced coffee or espresso.
Melissa gathered all the orders and headed over to the set. Ten minutes later, she pulled up and saw the boss standing by the gate. "You must be Melissa," the boss said excitedly.

"Yes, sir, I am," Melissa replied happily. "My name is Sam, and I'll be the Director of Containment. Here is your pass to get through the gate. You'll need this every day." Sam handed Melissa the pass, and she put it around her neck.

Sam then led her to the back rooms where she would be serving the coffee. "Alright, here are the room numbers and the people assigned to them. I'll see you later," Sam said as he gave her a paper with all the information. He started to walk away.
Melissa looked at the paper list and saw the room assignments:

A19 - Ross- espresso (6:30-7-30)
A20 - Sofia- iced coffee ( 8:00-9:30)
A21 - Chris Wood- black coffee (9:30-10:00)
*Set time*
Chris wood on at 11:00
Ross on at 11:00
Sofia on at 12:30

In her head, Melissa thought, "I guess it's just Season 1, so they don't have a lot of workers yet."

Melissa felt nervous as she approached room A19. She mustered up the courage to knock on the door, giving it two small taps. A deep, friendly voice from inside said, "Come in." She turned the doorknob and entered, holding the coffee in her hands. "Oh, hello. You must be Melissa," Ross greeted her warmly. Melissa was surprised and asked, "You know who I am?" Ross smiled and replied, "I didn't know until yesterday when Chris mentioned it." Melissa couldn't believe it and exclaimed, "The Chris Wood?" Ross confirmed, "Yes, The Chris Wood. And I'm The Ross Lynch." Melissa stumbled over her words and said, "No... I mean yes, YES. Sorry, my brain blanked for a second." They both laughed awkwardly. Melissa handed Ross the espresso and said goodbye before leaving the room. Ross bid her farewell as well.

Melissa closed the door behind her and made her way to the next room, A20. Feeling a bit more confident this time, she knocked on the door. Sofia opened it with a warm smile and said, "Hey there, Melissa! Nice to meet you. Come on in, don't be shy." Melissa smiled back and entered the room. Sofia pointed to the spacious couch and said, "Here's where you can sit. It's really comfy." Before Melissa sat down, she handed Sofia the iced coffee. Sofia graciously accepted it and placed it on her vanity.

Sofia's excitement was contagious as she exclaimed, "Girl, we're gonna be besties! Don't worry, you can talk to me about anything." Melissa's face lit up and she replied, "That would be amazing. I don't really know many people here. I just met Ross. He seems pretty cool. But I think I did something embarrassing by accident."

Intrigued, Sofia leaned in and said, "Oh, really? What happened? Tell me all the juicy details!" Melissa felt a bit shy and awkward as she explained, "Well, you see, he mentioned that Chris knew my name, and I blurted out 'The Chris Wood?' And then he confirmed that he is indeed and top of that he said he's 'The Ross Lynch.' I got flustered and tried to correct myself, but it was so embarrassing. He looked at me like I was crazy."

Sofia burst into laughter and reassured Melissa, "Oh my goodness, that's hilarious! But don't worry about it. Ross is pretty laid-back. He'll probably forget about it in, like, 20 minutes." Melissa let out a nervous chuckle and said, "I hope so. Anyway, I should go and give Chris his coffee."

Sofia agreed, "Yeah, definitely. Here's my number. We should grab dinner sometime, sound good?" Melissa's face lit up with excitement as she replied, "Yes, I would love that." After exchanging numbers, Melissa headed towards the door, ready to move on to the next room, A21. She couldn't help but feel nervous, knowing what her boss had said and the secret she was about to uncover about Chris Wood.
