"AMANDA?! WHAT THE FUCK!" Brian shouted. What was Amanda doing there?
"Hi, Brian." Amanda smiled eerily at him. Her voice was a tad slowed and her hair and makeup was slightly disheveled. She was drunk.
"Why the HELL are you in my house?" He asked, his arms flailing around like he was a windmill or something. It looked like she was getting dizzy, so he continued doing it.
"I... I had nowhere else to go..." Amanda whispered, tears beginning to stream down her cheeks.
"You're lying." Brian crossed his arms and gave her a look.
Her head perked up almost immediately at those words.
"Yeah, I am."
"So then why the hell were you sleeping on my couch?"
"Because good friends don't have make-out sessions in their cars." Amanda sneered, patting her hair down and wiping her face with her hands, lightly correcting her hair and makeup.
"I... We...She isn't-" Brian made a feeble attempt to defend himself.
"Brian, you really think that you can make any excuse for your plausibility? Well, it's not working. You are forcing her into a relationship. If you don't stop, then your phone won't be the only thing gone tonight."
"My phone? Wha-" Brian began to say, pulling his phone from his pocket, to hear a loud POP! And to see his phone blown to bits. He darted his head towards Amanda, to see her holding a gun.
"Just saying, the gun isn't traceable. So if said person does it correctly, nobody would know who the killer was. Ta ta!" She waved obnoxiously and walked out, leaving Brian to sweep up the blown-up phone bits on the ground.
She can't do anything. She wouldn't kill anyone. A threat is just a threat...
Right?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Hello my beauties!
I'm listening to Death On Two Legs. Was the fin on your back part of the deal? (Shark)
That's my favorite part of the song, by the way.
I think book chapters are like movie scenes. You have the 30 second ones, and the 15 minute ones. I think this is more of the 30 second ones. It's important but its not long.
I can't write in a normal space. I need to be sitting in the one corner of my bed with that one specific pillow. But the issue is that the way I sit when I write gives me such bad back pain.
Sobbing.
Maybe if you read my books, my back will stop hurting.
You never know.
(FUN FACT! Remember how I mentioned I was rewriting chapters? I rewrote this one as well, and silly enough, during the rewriting of this chapter, my back started hurting really really badly!)
Love you!
Toodles!
