Freddie woke up on the couch with the television on the continue watching? screen. He rubbed his eyes and sighed.
He looked down to see a half eaten tub of melted mint chocolate chip ice cream spilling all over the couch and dripping onto a small ice cream puddle on the floor.
Something smelled gross, which reminded him that he hadn't taken a shower in days, so he stood up and went to shower.
As he opened the door to his room, he was haunted by the photos of Jim.
The pain came flooding back, causing him to cry again, falling down onto the navy blue carpet and crying into the cat stuffed animal Jim bought him, wishing he was there.
If Jim saw me like this, Freddie thought to himself. He would hold me and give me a kiss and tell me everything is okay. He said to himself, curling into a ball, holding his knees to his chest.
He slowly got back up and walked over to his desk to search for his phone under the piles of rejected speeches and funeral plans.
He found his phone and called the first person that came to mind. Someone who would be there for him. He dialed the number and waited for it to ring.
The ringing went on for a little while until he finally answered.
"Deaky?" Freddie whispered into the phone.
"On my way." John hung up and hopped into his car.
"Oh- Ok." Freddie answered, wiping the tears off of his cheeks.
Around ten minutes later, Freddie heard a knock at the door. He answered it to see John, Brian, Liz, and Ronnie all waiting at the front door. They smiled and quickly went right to work.
Ronnie and Liz swept and cleaned all of the messes, Brian did the laundry and organized some of the clutter, and Deaky was set on helping Freddie.
"You... you didn't need to do this," Freddie muttered to John as he started drawing Freddie a bubble bath.
"Of course we do. You need this." He poured soap into the water, causing small pink bubbles to form at the water's surface.
"Here, get in. I'll go make you something to eat." Deaky told Freddie as he walked out, letting Freddie sit there with his thoughts.
His friends would do all that... for him? He sat in the bath and closed his eyes, resting. Feeling slightly happy for the first time in a week.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Hello my beauties! Listening to Strange Frontier. My friend actually wrote the first couple of paragraphs for this. But I changed them a lot because she can't spell, she has horrible vocabulary, and bad grammar. (Sorry. Love you.)
I am inexplicably sick right now, (Man on fire? More like throat on fire. I have bad humor.) and yet it's one in the morning and I'm writing chapters.
also, my enter button on my laptop is slightly wonky, and now instead of doing one space like normal, it does three. It's really annoying because I click enter and I have to delete two spaces, over and over.
Did you know that some songs from Spongebob the Musical were composed by David Bowie?
Yup.
Love you!
Toodles!
